Well, not LITERALLY all that's talked about, but we're going to be the main focus for D4 in regards to lynches.

I heavily agree that we should play as if Deadline is activated as soon as possible. If town does get it I think they shouldn't use it AND immediately claim that they have it at the first possible opportunity.

God, I was so bored.

Bored bored bored bored bored bored.

And I wasn't the only one.

In between bouts of playing Furious Avians when no one was looking, I would make the rounds throughout the food court, giving nudges to people who had dozed off. I had to admit, it did seem like a nice day for a nap, and hey, who wasn't under a little stress? But there was work to be done, and naps would have to wait until the killers had been found and brought to justice. So I kept poking people, until my finger got sore.

It wasn't until it was dark outside and the mall was about to close that things got into gear again, and they directed themselves at Seanald, who ran Seanald's Shit Shop. I didn't see the allure of the place, myself, but I also didn't see the allure in Pokemon, so what do I know?

Still, Seanald didn't seem to be taking it well. "Gonna mess with me?" he yelled, in a very good fratboy-esque manner. "Fine! No one gets money! Ha! How about that?"

This did not do wonders for the feeling of the crowd. "Whoa, man, taking money out of my family's mouths? That's something only a hardboiled killer would do!"

And so they killed him, because that is what you do with hardboiled killers.

It wasn't until afterwards that we learned that Seanald wasn't a hardboiled killer after all. Just someone with a poo fixation and some strange ideas about how economics work.

You know how it's super unsettling to be awoken from a deep sleep?

Well, it's even more unsettling to be awoken from a deep sleep to the tortured yelps of an animal in distress.

It just plays on your inner gut. Automatic reactions.

I bolted from the bench with alacrity, zipping down the mall hallway. It didn't take me long to locate the source of the infernal sounds, as there had previously been complaints from animal rights activists about this very store.

I found myself outside morph the cat's Morph Your Cat Boutique. The door was, as they said, ajar.

Inside, someone or someones had hooked the proprietor, morph the cat themselves, up to the Morphinator, and sadistically set the machine to "Random." From the looks of things, it had been running for a number of hours. To say that the results were not pretty would be the largest understatement yet in my professional career.

Having to deal with the howling wasn't helped by the fact that the...thing...now had three mouths.

I pushed the "For God's Sake, Man, Put It Out Of Its Misery" button, and was met with blessed silence.

At least the PETA crowd would be happy.

But I wasn't happy. I went and quickly roused the rest of the shopkeepers, shepherding their tired and cranky selves to the food court.

"Right," I said. "Go."
