Trying to make a account for a friend

I have a friend who wants to try out mafiascum but can't make her own due to her email being faulty. So I tried to make her account called cadmeanvixen. First time I mess up her age and it says she needs consent. (She's 17 turning 18). So i go back and try making it again then it says its flagged my ip and mod or something will review it it. So what can I do to set up this account for her and and clear my name.

ok thank you i will tell her now. We live in diff countries anyway so Ip from now on shouldn't be a issue.
