you cannot quantify the validity of the "cop's " report because the potential to mix in WIFOM is just too high. Not only this, there is no effective way at our disposal to determine whether or not the reports from Orc are genuine. The only ways to verify this is either 1) from our own perception of the investigated individual, however, the conclusion will be highly likely to be influenced by WIFOM at that point, or 2) through additional efforts from other investigative PRs, which will greatly reduce the effectiveness of these PRs.

I do not agree with the act of allowing my scumread who claimed PR to live. I'm not content in betraying what I really want to do. I want to lynch him. I understand the orthodox approach is to allow Orc to live, because it is the most intuitive choice to make by town as a whole. But not in this case, something urges me to make the decision against the orthodox intuition and push the lynch through.

I don't believe in psychology, I believe in good moves. I believe lynching Orc is a good move, even though it does not seem like it. I believe this is an opening; and the only opening to the opportunity to catch more scums. I'm highly convinced that Orc is scum, he must die today. I fear if he is allowed to live today, we will never have the chance to lynch him again. And I'm prepared to take sacrifices. Assuming Orc is somehow telling the truth, I don't believe losing this cop will deter the rate at which town lynches scum. The mere flip will give us enough information to analyze in the coming days.

But, but, I think that lynching orc is the right move. I wanted to be sure when I lynched him because it's a lynch that feels like one person is putting major thought behind the lynch, and people are following along because his conviction is great enough. But, I have computer access for a day, and the highlight of ffery and my conversation was her stating that we've tried to give orc every chance to be town that we've been able to give him, and he hasn't taken any of them. We agree that it's time to lynch orc.
