Seriously. I get that TNE not posting content in there could be something that a town-you sees as suspicious. THAT'S WHY YOU'RE NOT CONFIRMED SCUM. But you're ignoring other factors (which both pie and I brought up) that could explain it, are ignoring previous mod meta that would suggest it's town, and basically going in without asking where's the scum motivation in targeting you. (You're not exactly a top pick for a scum neighborizer, really. Scum neighborizers are to milk info from town and to manipulate town players. If they wanted that, they'd target a more high-profile player. Not someone like you. Yes, this isn't a solid tell. But it's a factor I've generally found to be true. From a town-neighborizer, though, I can TOTALLY see why TNE would target you. I'd prefer not explaining until after TNE actually comes in here, for hopefully-obvious reasons, but needless to say, why'd you use your neighborizer ability on someone who wasn't a central focus player? [Don't answer until after TNE comes in here. That's semi-rhetorical.] My point exactly.)

Mokou raced through the stalks, treading a path she knew better than anyone else alive.

Unlike the humans, Mokou knew

the one responsible for the disappearing moon, and it was because of that she emerged at a sprint from the forest’s edge--

“Seriously, Mokou: why tonight? I don’t have time to be messing around right now.”

Mokou was momentarily left speechless. “How did you know I was here?”

“Because you’re

so loud.

I’d have had to have the rabbits all drunk in the basement for none of them to have noticed.”

This only served to incense Mokou, whose hands ignited, flames blazing around them. “You’ve got a lot to answer for.”

Kaguya took a step back, and put her hands up. “Mokou, I mean it. Please--”.

Mokou sent a fireball whizzing past Kaguya, who expertly moved her head to avoid it. “Dammit. Fine, I suppose it was inevitable.”

“Wouldn’t have it any other way!”

Minutes later, the two once again stood mere meters away from each other, both panting from both fatigue and injury. A brief silence once again permeated the clearing.

And then Mokou dropped to her knees.

“Ugh. I give.” said Mokou, head down. “Make it quick.”

Kaguya, rather than taking the opportunity to finish her opponent off, as she had done so many times before, turned away, looking up at the night sky.

“They want to bring me back,” Kaguya finally said.

Mokou lifted her head abruptly. “What! You can’t--!” she started, before realizing what she was saying and cut herself off.

Kaguya smiled over her shoulder. “So you

care after all.”

“Tch. Just wouldn’t know what to do with myself if I didn’t have your ass to kick around all the time.”

The moon princess did not respond, but just continued to stare at the sky.

Finally, Mokou spoke again. “So you don’t want to go, then?”

“Not in the slightest. I’m quite happy here.”

“...What was it like, before you came here?”

Kaguya this time turned around in earnest. “Why the sudden interest? You have had years to actually ask me.”

“Probably because neither of us lets the other get a word in, usually.”

“Mm.” Kaguya began to take a step forward, hesitated, then sighed.

I can’t believe I’m doing this,

she muttered to herself. “Mokou, would you like to come inside, and I’ll tell you a little more about, well, everything?”

“Uh--I mean, I guess...” Mokou stammered, clearly taken by surprise. She coughed quickly, and tried again.

“Sure.”

@EVERYONE: who do you think bussed BRO? if no one, why do you think that's the case? note theres only 2 people left (zmuffin/giffycho)

shoot-from-the-hip NK analysis indicates Mac is scum. he's been on TNE the whole time too. honestly, I think TNE derping around all night in the neighbor chat is more of a towntell than anything, and at worst null. plus, why would TNE-scum neighborize Mac who's been on him pretty much the whole game? that'd practically be a death wish. I don't see it.

I'm also eyeing giffycho for being on every single significant wagon. and what a coincidence, mastin was on giffycho too

something of note, on the wayne wagon, ALL the mafia are necessarily voting. the same thing with the votecount where it was just BRO vs TNE. again shooting from the hip, I'd guess one mafia on both wagons. if we intersect the BRO wagon there with his lynch wagon we might get the scum who's bussing BRO, but that just gives both zmuffin and giffycho again so that doesn't tell us shit.

neither GP nor TNE got any posts in at all on D2. I'd like to hear some content from them ASAP.

hell now that I think about it I had a slight scumlean on giffycho for most of D1 since they weren't really pushing anyone at all. it was practically the same thing TNE accused BRO of doing, just sitting there and commentating on stuff. I know I noticed someone who was accusing someone for not pushing on people who conveniently left out giffycho who was doing the same thing. brb finding out who it was
