I will say that if HF is indeed a town vig, scum likely accounted for him somehow. I would hope that the only hypothetical town PR that interacted with HF from your list would be a doc.
To elaborate on my not wanting to do much set-up spec, anything I say scum knows is coming from a town POV. Depending on how I see the game, they might be able to figure out how much of a threat/non-threat my role is.
My scum vs. town play, I don't bus well, and I used to be more decisive as scum than as town. Not sure if that still holds true from an outside perspective.- Wake1

Sure, you can ask me, so long as it's not buried in a mountain of text. (Yeah, I'm cutting down on the girth of my posts.)
I'd just like to know how...

But did they? You'd think they'd try to kill or roleblock him somehow, or that a Doc would protect him. Maybe, I guess. That could explain why there was only one NK. Then again, assuming there's 2+ Scum and one of 'em is an RB, couldn't one just block him and kill someone else?In post 1250, penguin_alien wrote:I will say that if HF is indeed a town vig, scum likely accounted for him somehow. And on your elaboration, you may be sure that anything you say is from a town POV, but everyone else who is Town doesn't. That's just the nature of the game.
Do you tend to be more articulate and grammatically correct when Scum, and/or use better spelling/punctuation? I just heard something the other day that liars tend to over-do it on making their lies look good. Penny for your thoughts?- penguin_alien

Yes, town doesn't know I'm town, but scum do. Which makes my speculation more helpful to them than town.
I almost always use the best grammar/spelling/punctuation I can. I usually know where I want to go more as scum than as town in terms of being articulate, and usually if I say really inane things I'm town-derping rather than scum-slipping. Of course YMMV.- Wake1

Why did you mention the bolded?
I not once mentioned inane things, or inanity. Just articulation, grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
...but you added "inane things." "Inane" means "silly, or stupid." "Articulation," "grammar," "spelling," and "punctuation" has nothing to do with "inane." Huh. I didn't know we were talking about that. Why'd you bring it up?
Just curious.

You'd be wrong. In post 1255, penguin_alien wrote:I consider not being articulate as being inane.
Inanity is a total lack of meaning or ideas.
Articulation is the action of putting into words an idea or feeling of a specified type.
Different definitions, and they aren't at odds, like "good" and "bad." If articulation was the opposite of inanity, Articulation would mean the abundance of meaning or ideas.
So, yeah, why'd you bring it up please?- Wake1

About answering my question. I'd like you to answer (1254), and without the erroneous answer you provided in (1255). You don't need to respond with very small one-liners, either. Why'd you mention inane things when inanity has absolutely nothing to do with articulation? In post 1258, penguin_alien wrote:Hesitating about what?- Wake1

What?In post 1265, penguin_alien wrote:Why wouldn't I? You said earlier that you wanted to be cut a break in your approach to the game, and you caught me in a good mood so I'm indulging you.
You misunderstand.
"If you believe someone is lying, change the subject of a conversation quickly. A liar will follow along willingly, whereas an innocent person may be confused by the sudden change in topics and will try to return to the previous subject."
I've heard this bit of suggestion before, and so I decided I'd try it on you. Apparently you didn't react confused and tried to get back onto the discussion we were on, but instead you very quickly moved onto the Regfan issue which served as a decoy to test your reaction. You reaction to my pressure is a lot different to how I was confused and a bit pissed when SG took her vote off of me and moved elsewhere. More often than not, an innocent person (you?) would have been confused by my sudden detour, and would have tried to get back on to the rails of that discussion.
You didn't.
...
What's that even supposed to mean, please? It doesn't seem relevant to my inquiry of you.In post 1266, penguin_alien wrote:Plus you're not a scum read of mine at present, so I'm taking your inquiries at face value.- Squirrel Girl

PA, does the bolded seem a little defensive to you? And the last part, well, it doesn't seem like it needed to be there in the first place now does it?In post 1266, penguin_alien wrote:Plus you're not a scum read of mine at present, so I'm taking your inquiries at face value.- Wake1

1) I don’t care for your insinuation that I might not like being asked questions when I have in fact responded to all of your questions iirc (without complaint) and not been shown the same courtesy from you.In post 1251, Wake1 wrote:

Sure, you can ask me, so long as it's not buried in a mountain of text. (Yeah, I'm cutting down on the girth of my posts.)
And 2) for you to say “Sure you can ask me” is extremely annoying given the fact I already HAVE asked you some questions. Specifically in my long response to YOU in Post 916. FYI…I’m on a phone too so if I can get through your walls and respond to questions I would expect the same. I find people’s comments (ICE and SG iirc) about you not responding to questions when you demand answers from others to be spot on.
Well…one factor could be the 2 weeks and 660 posts in between + a flip. Things change. As reads on one player or players change that can affect reads on others. I bring up suspicions in my Post 1237. My town reads haven’t changed much. ICE has gone from town to null based on some of the comments he has made wrt me and on comments from others as I read through. Same for Garmr’s move from scum to null (though that is a weak null...leaning towards suspicion). I don’t like making cases on everyone in my list (especially town)…I prefer to focus on suspects which my suspicions of can be found in my catch up posts. In post 1251, Wake1 wrote:I'd just like to know how...

If you actually read my posts (specifically the one you are commenting on here)…you would have seen that I suspect Kid and TvK but that I do not think they are scum together. If Kid were today’s lynch and he were to flip scum…I would place TvK in my town section. And vice versa. Though looking at the voting…if TvK were today’s lynch and flip scum…I would not feel as confident putting Kid in my town pile as I would the other way around. In post 1251, Wake1 wrote:...and why.
