I see your point. I would be more likely to buy this bit if Nero was acting as a townie who was getting framed, though. As scum when something that equates to a fake guilty, it's usually hard to dig up the dedication to respond to it with any sort of protest because it takes a hell of a lot of effort to shake the suspicion off you and usually the gain (one more day) is marginal.
