@ Ooba: At daystart, Borden was not an option. Magua voting him changed the equation because Elle had them as town. Ben moved from Alch to Borden, and I knew Titus also had Borden as scum so that is 4 votes. Bandwagoning him got Alch to put him to L-1, which made it clear that Borden was now a realistic lynch option. So the vote stayed.

I've been struck by what's bothering me about Cephrir from yesterday, Re: His weird counterclaim of Benmage with the tracking on some random day, it seems to me there's another way someone could have known Benmage was lying, yeah? His 'clear' wasn't anything close to a clear, he was pushing Ben/Garruk as scum partners (???) and today came out with some angry Benmage needs to claim posturing that never went anywhere. The weak 1 vs 1 that he quietly backed out of reminds me of quadz from earlier. I don't actually think MC sounds like Des-scum, but if that's Fish talking it's not like I can judge that accurately so w/e. I'm probably cooler with Magua scum then the rest of you are despite the KILL ME thing because it's one reason in a sea of confusion surrounding elleheathen that might just be scum that doesn't know what they're talking about. If I were scum and you were town, why would I not say I tracked you on the night in question and probably get both you and Garruk lynched? Maybe because I'm not lying, imagine that.

THe fact that everyone feels pretty strongly one way or the other is why I think this. I'm not saying it's impossible obviously but I find it hard to believe we wouldn't have had a wagon on a townie today with such a large percentage of the game being scum (and I refuse to accept the possibility that TA was that wagon)

Magua - you really have to explain your thought process from "Alchemist claimed scum and there's no way we're lynching anybody else" to "Alfred's really the one I want to lynch today"

Two parts:

1) "Alchemist claimed scum, he's going to be lynched" in my 5726 was me trying to a) pressure TA to post and b) get others' reads on TA. I do this. Wanting content and reads and stuff. It's weird, I know.

2) Alfred's been a strong scumread of mine since their reaction to Benmage's fake guilty followed by their reaction to Garruk's flip. It's not like this is out of nowhere. At the risk of having to point out the obvious, the fact that I unvoted at L-1 shows that my Alfred scumread is not 100% secure, so, hooray hyperbole.

What caused the "switch" to me voting Alfred is I wanted to see what would happen (ie who would attack and who would defend).

Since the format of your question is very close to the format of me asking Alchemist about their turnaround, allow me to point out the difference FMPOV is that I've expressed Alfred-scum for awhile, whereas Alchemist didn't mention them at all prior to voting, which is what prompted the question.

Need to wrap presents and clean up, and then I'll give this some thought.
