For those of you playing along at home, I'd like to explain why I believe the Mastin/F-16 hydra to be probscum. It's mainly based around one simple, but very relevant tell:

Scum-Mastin is quite arrogant.(Above quote from Les Mis for example ) If I recall correctly it's a means of swaying town into believing he believes what he says, but regardless, it's being exhibited here. Especially when asked why F-16 asked for help. "hai guys I'm here to save this slot and probably be awesome as tits and get nightkilled tonight for awesomeness" is some pretty bold stuff. I'm not saying Mastin hasn't confidence as both alignments, but one must wonder what the intentions are behind such words in this game, yes? It sounds to me like Mastin is attempting to drill into our minds something akin to "I'm an asset, and if you touch me you're an idiot." He could have just said "I'm here to help out F-16" and left it, but he didn't. It's needlessly grandiose and reads like some serious posturing. After that, most of his refutations are pretty much "I'm not scum, quit being ridiculous, I'm here to lynch scum and win this game" further hammering that "I'm an asset" idea into every post. I'm getting awful feels, here.

That said, I still believe Pasch to be scum and if I could lynch both in one day, I would. But I suppose one step at a time will suffice. Just be mindful of this one.

I have obfuscated nothing. You haven't even provided any reasoning for why I am scum. If you are town, stop doing this and actually try to engage my arguments. That way, even if I get lynched, I'd at least come up with scumreads that go further than "this person is annoying" and actually might be able to leave a trail that others can pick up to win the game. As of this moment, I am left wondering "stupid or scum?" And that is not good. For instance, you use words like "dense" and "obfuscation." They seems like pointless buzzwords that don't tell me anything about you or your affiliation other than that you are an asshole. Can you please talk in a non-assholish way and at least give me the best shot at finding scum before you lynch me?

So, what we're discovering now about the weak modifier even moreso contradicts the assertions made by Kagami and Plum earlier. They lied and used to spin a bizarre gambit that only served to help scum. I know that arguing over flavor is annoying, and I agree with Tammy's frustration about it. IME these kinds of arguments come way more from scum bc they're a convenient way to throw blame around based on smth that, when you really think about it, actually falls apart . and it's also a nice way of discrediting to boot bc he's implying the people he's up against don't have as much skill as they're supposed to. in practice these kinds of judgment calls are harder to make and only come after much more effort bc people are more inclined to question this kind of call. when someone consistently does weird things you're more inclined to believe they really might just be off for whatever reason as opposed to immediately reaching the conclusion they're either dumb or scum. however, this kind of reasoning apparently applies for ALL THREE OF HIS SCUMREADS

Strange that whatever source you looked at would do that, then... Bertolt is the other of the 2 invading titans (50m/armored, forget which is which), which seems more immediately relevant to Reiner than Ymir's shifting.
