ok fair enough, and yes there is fluff there, but a lot of it is questioning and challenging, although Phil you might want to use question marks, they do help.
DP, do all questions need to be impressive?, how would you define the difference? why am I even asking this I don't know, but you did bring it up,"There is nothing more ironic or contradictory than life itself"... R.D.

yuck sorry, that makes absolutely no sense. In post 871, Smudger wrote:s sated she has done her job she is, in her words, it can be proved if there is doubt, which I doubt there is, not in my mind ATM.
what I am trying to say is if she is bluffing and it was in doubt, as she has intimated. it can be proved as she has done her job etc etc... 749"There is nothing more ironic or contradictory than life itself"... R.D.

I don't find you impressive. but then I wonder if you would be so aggressive towards me if you were scum. There are easier targets out there today. or you could just be bad scum.In post 875, DoctorPepper wrote:I dont find his questions impressive.- BoroPhil

I could get on board with a DP lynch. I'd initially considered investigating him actually. Fusion asked about his scum posting. It's an attitude thing. As town it's obvious he's interested in catching scum. As scum he's more aggressive. His attitude here lines up with his scum game a lot.Art is cool.- BoroPhil

ETL, I took a quick look at one of his scumgames (MarketPlace Mafia III) to see if he couldn't fake any of the towntells I pointed out of him and his behavior is nothing like it is here. He lurked for most the game and posted very little but I find that his reasoning for his reads there vs here had a world of difference. Compare his reads list there to his catchup post here and you can see that it feels totally different. I am very confident in this read. I disagree with the Pepper and Lucky wagons. I am not sure about Smudger but it seems momentum is switching away from him so I can put him off for later.
Kalimar on the other hand is coasting through. Just look at his last post. It comes two days after his previous post. He provides no thoughts on the gamestate, no opinion about my scumread on him or a response to me. Just an argument with Pepper over a minor detail and I don't believe he is genuinely scumhunting at all.- Fusion

I've never seen ETL like this in other games. I still don't now. I feel like you are sucking up a bit here.In post 859, Fusion wrote: DoctorPepper resolutely sitting on DBK while arguing against ETL's case on Cheery looks very genuine becauseETL is a persuasive player and a town leaderand it would have been easy to switch around based on her case since it was on a townie anyways.- Lucky2u

Hypocrisy is a personality trait and veryIn post 867, Kalimar wrote:
Hypocrisy is more likely to come from scum for the reason that it shows a shallow level of thinking. If Person A accuses Person B of being scummy for Action X, but is also doing Action X themself, on the face of it why is it scummy for one person but not the other? In post 848, DoctorPepper wrote:
1. Is hypocrisy a scum tell in itself? In post 800, Kalimar wrote:@lucky: not a defence of you, more an attempt to gauge ETL's thought process on the matter. content is subjective but to me refers to the assertion and discussion of posts and opinions that advances the gamestate. i have not asserted or discussed a large amount of posts and opinions in this game, and neither has DP. this wasn't my main problem with DP's vote of me: rather I found it hypocritical (and therefore scummy) that someone who has done next to nothing votes me primarily for doing next to nothing.
i'm decently satisfied with ETL's reasoning on her lucky scumread and cop choice. although i think making the second choice cop contingent on another n1 cop existing was a bit odd i'm not sure it's scummy odd just odd.
2. I dont see why you thinking ETL would see a second cop possibility and that first cop may have made the first choice to investigate anyway?
That doesn't necessarily mean the action isn't scummy for that particular person. A certain level of context-dependence takes place when evaluating the potency of any scum read.
In your case, I didn't feel as though the context-dependence was there.
Please rephrase the other question as I didn't quite understand it as currently posed.persondependent. Town people can be hypocritical because that's just how they are (especially when they have a bigger ego). Some people are only hypocritical when scum for the reason you stated. I don't think it's an alignment indicator unless you know the person.

I had meant to mention that Tammy was mod Killed but omitted to include it, but as you did ask me to comment on your reads, I thought i should include her

Nervous scum reaction? To be honest I haven't really been paying attention to this guy.In post 891, Kalimar wrote:

Day1, ETL started several pushes including ones on Wake88, you, and Gamsimbre. She later made a case against Cheery and pushed successfully for his lynch. Are you arguing that ETL hasn't been leading the town?In post 892, Lucky2u wrote:

I am stating the facts as they are because they are relevant to determining DoctorPepper's alignment. Going against a more persuasive player is generally a lot more townish than going against a player that is lurking or not leading the town. This is an important distinction that strengthens my DP townread.Copyright © MafiaScum. All rights reserved.
