If I was scum an an ally of mine was an encryptor, it'd make plenty of sense for me to claim town encryptor/whatever. That way, when my buddy flips before me, I get conf-town status because a bunch of rubes believe in claims more than play.

AD is a good wagon

FWIW I do NOT think scum had an extra kill last night. I think either player had the potential to be a vig kill (granted neither which I'd have made) but if serene was the NK and Kaze the Vig kill then AD is more likely scum. Just keep that in mind if you do get a vig that fesses to killing kaze later.

muffin is a better wagon, but I'm not fighting AD to get it today, he just needs to go eventually.

Not only that, but the kill flavor fits only Yukari, which points to the fact that it is arbitrary, non-informative flavor.

Occam's razor gives you a high prior for vig + 1 NK than 2 NKs, but when evidence points to the latter, you have to weigh them appropriately.

For certain values of vig, you're absolutely correct. But others don't have the same perception of the gamestate that you do.

if the above is roughly correct, we have:

one or two scum in {kise, amaranth, tsukasa}, maybe one in {bubba, muffin, messiah, saki}, two in {AD, dram, mac, CoK}. I'm far happier shooting into the third barrel rather than the second, though the first barrel looks somewhat attractive too.

If there's an SK, it has to be kat, but otherwise she's town. Pie is town because non-town pie would have been CC'd, (no idea why anyone is entertaining that possibility).

Revising my stance in the varsoon group for the moment:

probably exactly 1 scum in (AD/CoK) and Dram is probably town. This feels right. I'll figure out Mac later: switching his vote to Varsoon with the denunciation of the GCBC wagon in the way he did compared to his earlier play has me uncomfortable, but Mollie is convinced he's town and we won't touch him today.

If Varsoon is town I actually think that scum is less likely than normal to be off both leading wagons here because they should be trying to either manipulate the situation to gain cred or force the mislynch instead of ignoring it entirely. This is even more true in a plurality game than normal because they know they can't just stall indefinitely and hope for the NL.

If Varsoon flips scum later pretty much ignore that last paragraph.
