If your late game Corki is worse than MF then you're playing Corki wrong. Corki's true damage (TRUE DAMAGE.) is a better late game steroid than whatever magic damage MF gets from impure shots, plus Corki gets the benefit of AoE spells (siege strength) and triforce procs so I'm going to blatantly disagree with you. Corki's p good in tanky metas (true damage and armor shred).
Corki will come back to LCS when his Q does something (like have a decent range and projectile speed).

I think you are probably right in theory, but in practice, I have had much more trouble carrying after an MF has won the lane then after a Corki has. Like, I've played many a Kog Maw against Corki and had him stomp through the game up until 35 minutes where I became super carry Kog and laughed as I was much stonger then he was, where when an MF beats me, I just go down like a sack of bricks. But to be honest, I haven't played MF since the golem nerf.
No, Same friends..Your mmr stays the same but you get fresh placements. So instead of having to battle through the bronze shit hole, just place 5-0 more placement matchs with your fsame friends on a new team and if you finish 4-1 or 5-0, you'll place significantly higher. A bunch of people did this last season to get gold in placements. first placement would be bronze or silver, second placement would be mid-high silver, third placement would be high silver or low gold.
Or win some more. 4-1 in placements and still getting bronze three is a decent sign there's maybe more to come and your previous elo wasn't where you belonged. Might be fun to climb the ladder.
Surrender, imagine and of course wear something nice.
kogmaw is probably the worst adc in this meta, worse than corki and MF. Why? Because even though he does stupid damage, theres no way that the enemy isnt going to have a champion that can just go jump on him in this meta.
And he has no escapes whatsoever.

If that's how ranked teams works, why was the silver ranked team I was on last season constantly getting matched against teams with gold-diamond players playing their placement matches?
I forgot Quinn was a champion lol
She'd be really good if her ult did something different. As it is it's only really good for cleaning up or entering fights that have already started.
Niche pick != bad. Part of playing Kogmaw effectively is dependent on what the rest of the picks in the game are which is part of the biggest reason he doesn't do as well; people just don't really understand how team comps function.
If you pick Kogmaw into an Olaf then you're going to lose. However if Shyvana is their only hard gap close then feel free.
You can't assume that your team is going to peel for you (because they won't lets be real), and you need to be aware of your ability to kite with kog.
They're changing his Q to be a long range skillshot that does more damage. That actually gives him something to do while his W is down that isn't ulting or running like a bitch.

i havent, but i wouldnt expect that to solve anything because what dorans shield is great at is helping you win trades (doran shield vs no dorans shield gives a big advantage) and it helps all ins better than coin because it actually has stats.
Thing with kog maw, is that he has to run cleanse, because you can't have it be if one cc lands you have to blow flash.. CC has 10sec cd on the higher range. Then you blow cleanse next. And you have to do this becuase you cant win trades when your adc gets chain CCd, the other team will wreck you. Either you die or get chunked so low you're forced out of lane; so you have to blow summoners.
