Isn't it interesting how when I press for a 1v1 we see si and am back peddle out of it all and never address the subject any further and Athena's fury helped them change the focus.

Do you guys have a day chat or was it a predetermined tactic in the scum QT?

Mara hasn't been very talkative to me snd I keep repeating my question as to whether she is sure about Tammys team... It's the one thing I really don't get from her reads.

But she thinks town so I aim at the one we both agree on.

Again, it's either so and am or it's us. And I will keep pushing that until one of us is lynched.

The Mafia Quicktopic was left open for the first 14 hours of this game and was used as daytalk, since role pms and the op of the quicktopic clearly state that the quicktopic can only be used at night I have decided to penalize mafia by extending the deadline by 2 days to the 28th January at 6pm as well as making sure that town is aware that mafia were using daytalk. okay so after i flip town and hypotehiclly speaking you were to flip town where should town look for scum seeing as we would possibly be down 4 town people
along with the 2 mod killed plus desp/nacho. which would leave us at 6. So now in my head it explains why scum are probably waiting to see how this goes down because it would easily give them the win.

1. I don't get why they were going after you and Rach so strongly. You're playing very differently than you were the last two scum-hydras I've seen from you (which is my only scum experience with you) and Rach is so far from her scum style. Having said that, they feel sincere. I don't think that as scum in this situation they'd 1v1 you as scum if you're town--it doesn't make sense.

2. Scum-Guyett's wacky enough to have hammered Ansuz in the way he did. In my experience he takes chances as scum (IIRC he claimed lyncher in some Great Idea variant?) It's why I was so hesitant to follow up on my Nacho read over him in your X-Men game, just because he might have been willing to throw caution to the wind and consume his fakeclaim on a VT claim unprompted D1. I do think that still holds here. Hammering someone without a claim to supposedly prove a point is so far past reasonable town behavior, I have the nagging feeling they might be banking on us wussing out.

They basically said, "we're lynching town, and you don't get to blame us for the hammer vote." Which is awful.

3. Hated the Nacho push. Didn't feel like I was getting anywhere in trying to get mollie to elaborate, but I remember thinking that scum-Nacho was more likely to push a wagon from behind than be involved in leading a charge as he did with Athena. I think the whole thing arose from a certain level of this game feeling like a reunion atmosphere and people being eager to prove they knew one another oh-so-well.

4. I was feeling pretty shitty about myself for most of Day One for Mafia and IRL reasons. Not a good reason for being so UTR D1 here, but it's just the way it is. Compounded by my being lousy at getting a handle on games early on, especially when I don't have a scum agenda to push.

I tend to think scum took advantage of this wagon in some way. Stuffed Crust had the early vote that it didn't take much effort to maintain, given bazinga's wild push. Then the three non-flipped late joiners of SG, Athena, PFR. Athena's looking better today, but knowing that Nacho's read on Tammy was likely at least sincere gives me qualms. PFR is overall too experienced to be milking the 'too scummy to be scum' vibe. SG wagoning to wagon isn't good, although given how the day was going down I kind of get the 'let's lynch one of {bazinga, Ansuz} just to make it stop' thing.

Leaving out WIFOM on the hammer, I'd rank the wagoneers from S --> T as: PFR, Athena, SC, SG

Actually, the onus of proof be on ye who be making the assertion (the assertion being that others were calling him scummy for his playstyle and he did not change things), but sure, whatever.

please please please don't discount SG as being lost in this game. She is good at scum and to discount that could be destructive.

So, you know who she is? and, if this is the case then my town-read on her (and the reason behind it) is completely sunk. Generic thinks that she could be scum using my town-read on her to do stuff.

RE AP what he can fake, unless he is able to pretend to be his partners as well, it isn't going to be applicable here. Guyett is the one who hammered, and him and ETL are the ones who were showing Irritation over mollie and I don't recall a single pigey post that showed that in game town-frustration. I am unsure if Guyett is able to fake that kind of stuff, but I sure as hell don't think that ETL will do that kind of thing as scum. (This isn't very solid) but I think as scum, ETL is similar to me in that she a little less emotional, and alot more manipulative and often enjoys the game regardless of what's going on.

RE Kitty, do you think there is any kind of scum-hunting going on in rach's post? and, with Mala, I don't think my game is a good game to pin a scum-meta on her. I had gotten the impression that she didn't like her role, but she was also scumhunting, I think, which is something scum-mala wouldn't really have to do.

as for stopping the 1v1, I have pressed her on reasons and she has tried to "answer" them, but there are still alot of them that are going unanswered and it does feel like back-peddling as generic puts it.

I will say that neither is no where as good at masking their true intentions, and masking what they are reading people as and I don't understand why Mala thinks that keeping reads close to her chest will get her mislynched less. If anything, it's only going to make it happen more.

as for her trying to stop the 1v1, I can see where you are coming with that but I have seen scum use that before, and far weaker than Mala.
