Bork had 1 scum in {Muffin, Pie, Kagami} D1 which turned into 1 scum in {Muffin} D2.

i can think of a number of possible reasons for this. one big reason could be that pieguy was a confirmed mason at this point - i'm not entirely sure, but this might have played a factor in why bork was no longer scum reading pie. and i'm pretty sure bork was calling kagami town for most of D1 and suggesting if there was scum in that trio it wasn't kagami. so. yeah.

Oracle claim is fine and fits loosely with Yuyuko's (I assume that's who you're trying to claim) and I thought she was town anyway so yeah.

For certain values of vig, you're absolutely correct. But others don't have the same perception of the gamestate that you do.
