I was jungle Kha'Zix vs. Lee - I got red, then he 1-shot the rest of my health before I could clear up my minions.

Yeah you need to check your red bush before you do red against any jungler that can go from their blue to your red and kill you.

I don't really know what to do with Ez in teamfights after I use my ult. Do I just sit there and Q them or AA in between?

Poke with Q when you can't get in range to auto, otherwise aa all the things and spam Q on CD.

Also be incredibly aware of your E cooldown and decide whether you want the AS boost from your W on teammates(most of the time) or just the damage from w(or both!!!)

@Zephyr: My main is Elise, and I'll gladly play her in any role that's not ADC. I generally try to play versatile/mobile champs or playmakers -- Elise, Ori, tanky champs with good, obvious initiate for teamfights... So I know where you're coming from. I was just using Trundle as an example because that game happened this afternoon.

Mostly I was just bitching that despite what I feel is pretty decent play, I haven't been able to carry games as hard as I'd like. Some of that is the fact that I haven't always gotten to play champs that can carry by themselves, I agree. But some of that is just getting on the wrong side of champ select. *shrug*

I think part of my issue is that I tend to stay in lane more than I should. It's not so much a problem when I'm ADC, as I know when to push down the tower and start wreaking havoc elsewhere... But in mid and especially up top, I don't think I do a good job of affecting the rest of the map. I shy away from taking TP (or if I do, I usually use it to get back to lane), and I don't oral from mid nearly as much as I should.

The problem is, yes almost any champ can carry (if played well), but it's almost impossible to 1v5 an entire enemy team when they are all fed, and thus it makes the game impossible to carry.

You can't carry 4 useless people, 3 maybe, but not 4.

Now I've read it three times: if that was what happened, you took your red the wrong way. Kha's damage on his main skill (his q) gets quite improved by having your target isolated. The little lizards are ranged, while the big lizard is melee. So you auto the camp, then walk into the brush panzer tells you to check. The big lizard will follow you, but the little ones mostly don't, that way you don't get surprised by anyone coming to you as you are in what is otherwise your blind spot, and you take the camp the quickest because you have isolated the big lizard.

You don't watch enough streams Rayfrost recommended nightblue3 here a while back and he's a popular streamer. Very good jungler. He explains a lot of things he does and the motivation behind them. The red buff things was something he mentioned. I don't play kha myself. So no shame there ani, there'll be a lot of people who never thought about it.

Actually, if you're playing Kha'Zix, you should PROBABLY be camping their red to get an easy level 2 kill in the jungle unless you're against Lee Sin or something.
