According to garena patch notes, the 1-5 switch is dead forever. Everyone in solo/duo queue has an equal chance to be first pick. Dragging noobs like Urist McMagma out of bronze just got a little bit harder!

lets see how that works out. I didn't mind that there was some form of justification to pick order, even if it was flimsy. "dude but I called" could always be answered with "win more often and you can pick before me". otherwise, idc.

You can have as much lifesteal or spell vamp as you want. There's no hard cap.
