I've been waiting for a shared MS account to be approved with Crazy and orcinus_theoriginal, but there was a problem with the IP and it wouldn't let the account be activated. How can I get that fixed?

If you put the password of one of the Mains in correctly when it asks, it will activate automatically. We just don't have the user-interface yet for adding other hydra heads, so it looks like an Alt.
