Said something that makes it very likely one is Town. The equal and opposite is scumslipping, which you'll probably see more often because normally nobody townslips outside of Newbie games.

Been rather busy..but here goes
Burn all you seen to do is defend yourself instead of search for who's scum, in my eyes that's a major fuck up but he's acting like i did in my last game so he could be town I'll move my vote when I see some more work coming from him
Rach very suspicious but can't say scum yet
Luca very good reasoning and believe he's doing rather a lot to help town
Zivel not to sure on him ATM I'm thinking town also could be a vital player to us
Gm not sure about her yet
Not mafia I like him got a feeling he's town

This quote just makes me feel that he is not scum, I dont care if he goes, but I feel that he really just wants to play this game, and hates being knocked out early. Looking through his previous games it appears that he gets replaced more often than gets knocked out but I still would be annoyed if I was in his place.

Of course scum want to play the game, them running an AtE is no different from town doing it. But I guess I got sucked into the AtE of burns, being new I would really feel the same I guess, infact I would like some pressure to see how I respond. I dont think Burn handled the pressure very well, he should of gone more for the dont defend yourself but just carry on the scum hunting. He got to defensive, and emotional and now people (including me now... damn it!) are questioning his motives.

Does anyone want to guess what I think the towntell was now?

I don't really expect you to follow based on that, I'm going to have to make a case and all that.

As for partner, not sure. I don't think burn is it, I don't think Rach is it, I know I'm not it. I don't think Joker is it. Zivel maybe.

What are your thoughts on my GM vote?

A little confusing as you said earlier you were pretty sure she was Town, but now despite not much difference in her play you are 70% sure she is scum. Obviously you know her meta better than I so I guess you have your reasons for thinking that.

I'm still suspicious of her cautious gameplay as I have been for a while, she is lurking a lot and is difficult to read, especially as this game has a few other lurkers already.

I don't remember ever playing AGAINST her-scum. I've been scum with her.

I thought the reason she gave for being cautious due to being an IC was weak and a bit of a cop-out. I still think if an IC is Town they would make more of an effort to influence proceedings, she has had no impact at all and her reads have had poor reasoning behind them - for example saying she thinks I'm town but my reads are 'too convenient', for a start that is sitting on the fence, and also she has provided no explanation why my reads are too convenient. The fact I have her as null isn't for convenience, it's because she has done nothing to make me think she could be one or the other.

That is the reason for my suspicions. As I said before, if she was Town she would be playing better than this given her experience. She was V/LA early on and then claimed she was busy so I gave her a chance, but she remains a lurker and it does nothing to help us make the right decision - if we turned on her and she flipped town, she would only have herself to blame.

I remember she said you hadn't done much to show your alignment, but she has done nothing in that respect herself.
