in other newz I got 2 new pets today!!! a dog and a cat (their owners couldn't keep them anymore and did not want to send them to the pound and neither did I!!!) the cat we were "cat sitting" for (her owner has not checked back with us since august but I am giving it a year before I call the tailless kitty our own) and the 2 cats are having a standoff they are perched on either side of the tv and are giving each other baleful looks and occasionally growl at each other and hiss at each other and the dog is like wtf is your problem and tries to lick them and then they gang up on the dog until they realise they are on the same side then they freak and run to their spots it is pretty funny!

Where Waffles sees rampant hostility, I see what I think is crossed wires from the two slots being on slightly different wavelengths. Mollie is eager and thinking and I had a pretty strong initial reaction to what seems like authentic freedom of thought.

Disclaimer: During the writing of this post (which took a while, my reaction is mostly 'gut borne from a notable recent period in which I played often with mollie' and therefore trying to define it satisfactorily) I doubted myself a bit but have decided that any discrepancies between this and what I would expect from mollie's town game can be explained by my not having seen her & some of the players with whom she is disagreeing play together on the forums before. I am satisfied with my townread for the time being and will reassess as necessary after more than enough time has passed for the current arguments to simmer down.

I thought the eleven thing started while we were doing something with cards (and the 11 of clubs was the first one I found that would fit as an avatar). Also

I have no idea why this hydra chose the eleven of hearts! (We also briefly had the black one, but I said hearts would be better!)
