As far as I understand, Amnesiac selects a person to be investigated and selects someone to recieve the report. I was that person for night 1 and night 2. I don't know who for night 3.

Seeing that the horde kill worked normally on only at day 2, I think 5 scums are entirely possible.

I meant if horde kill is likely to fail by any reasons, scum probably have something that prevents horde kill on self enough to not gain extra member.
So I think this was mentioned already but it is very likely that horde hit scum last night and failed.
I remember last venmar's zombie game where mafia had some sort of immunity of extra kill.

So anyway despite what sven says, we should continue claiming the list because even if 3-4 lists are most likely tainted, town still have a majority in number enough to predict which group was targeted I think.
