Well, I caught up I think for what it's worth.

Thoughts:

One-shot triple voter is town.

Katsuki is town.

I wish for once we had an IC who was good at scumhunting.

Drunken Lies is probably town.

I liked the way Sakura thinks. I don't know if she's town though.

alright, i don't know how i missed this before, but kingdom's jump onto ep lynch was far and away the most weaselly. "i'm not townreading him"? it doesn't feel like a townie changing his mind, it looks like scum trying to flip-flop without looking bad

also the beast vote really doesn't sit right, especially considering that doduo keeps showing up in his scumreads list, but he doesn't touch the wagon

When I said that I'd be willing to lynch Bertkerb or SoS, I meant if that's the way the wagons went. I still think that Beast is most likely to flip scum out of anyone though, and asking if he can put someone at L-1 only furthers that.

And that's how I play. If you don't like it, then sorry but I'm not going to change. I have townreads on 2/3ds of the playerlist, so it's not like I'm flipping anywhere.

And what Doduo wagon? If it actually got traction then I might have switched onto it, but it hasn't.

Actually nevermind, nothing has happened. I still really want to know why anyone thinks Beast is actually town though.

My lynch list hasn't changed. Beast/Bertkerb/SoS/Doduo. If one of them is town, then the last scum is in order of likelihood PV/Katsuki/Drunken/Sakura, though the only one of those that I actually think has a chance of being scum is PV. If anyone else is scum, then I'll seriously reconsider my playstyle, that's just not going to happen.

i don't know, i get a really disengaged feel from you. it feels like most of what you're doing is talking at the thread instead of trying to interact with the other players. (see: misaka stuff, which i strongly disagreed with at the time and still disagree with)

re: beast; i've played with scum-him a couple times and it seems like he was a lot more transparently scummy in those games. unless he's really improved since then...

Even if the votes are there, that doesn't mean it has a chance to go to lynch. I only vote when I either want to put pressure on someone personally, or I actually think that a lynch might happen.

I'm not good at interacting with people, so I avoid doing so whenever I can. That probably means that I shouldn't be playing mafia at all, but what else is new.

I haven't seen scumBeast, and while I can't say that I haven't gotten a false positive on him before, the reasons why I don't think he's being town now are different from the reasons why I thought he was scum then.

PV claimed follower, so we might as well let him get one night action before pushing him again. I'm not really sure that I buy the claim, but no reason to lynch someone who could possibly catch a scum.

This is all I got. And he was mostly less scummy than other players, made reaosnable sense, and was prob-town via PoE.

KA's entire ISO has a nervous, self-conscious, too-self-aware, LAMIST-y tone. It sounds disingenuous and many of the posts are intended to shift the blame for any incorrect reads, votes or lynches he contributes to as part of his "lack of skill". When the game is advertised specifically as requiring a high level of skill, using this as an excuse is... well frankly, unacceptable.

I have not had the time nor the patience to investigate every interaction he has had, and I've already stated that my read on him is pretty much entirely gut, so I don't really get why you even bothered asking me a question about something you have clearly already made up your mind about.

When I first read it I thought he was scum. How did he know there were two ICs?

But, reading is tech, and once I figured it out, there is no way scum posts to the whole town about how NOT claiming, etc., etc. Not just the idea, but how it was worded and defended.

Granted, stuff since then has been less "inspiring", but considering the other options, not a day1 lynch for me.
