So, I think I found earlier why BBmolla was probably investigated.

Both scum didn't fight or struggle. They congratulated BBMolla on outfoxing them and then rolled over.

Not typical scum play when a counterclaim/battle can possibly mislynch a PR.

But, now, it looks like scum rolling over for scum.
