Since I'm pretty sure the Large that'll be up for signups next is mine, I figure it's a good time to get the modpost out of the way.

• I don't like hydras. I don't think I should be outright disallowing them given that there's been a drought of large normal games lately, but I will be saying this (assuming it's all legal):
  • No secret hydras. All heads will be publicly listed in the playerlist.
    
  • No midgame hydra creation (e.g. "A is replaced by X, hydra of A and B").
    
  • No more than 3 extra players total. For example, a hydra of 2 heads is 1 extra player.
    
  • I make no concessions for hydras. Any PMs sent (such as action PMs and prods) will be sent to the hydra account only, not any of its individual heads.
• Timing rules: [living players + 4]-day Days, 3-day Nights, 3-day prods.

Especially since i do have some rules that need perfecting in my game. And by that i mean I've never truly run a main forum game on this site so i need to find the right values for deadlines, prodding, and the like

What are the current standard day and night deadlines?
How long should a player have before they get prodded for being idle?
You know how some games give scum time to discuss strategy before the game, how much time should they get?

Voting and Lynching

01. To vote, use either (

) or (VOTE: Player).

02. Unvoting isn't required.

03. Using abbreviations of players' names while voting is fine, so long as I can understand it. Do not attempt tricking me.

04. A lynch occurs when half of players + 1—rounded down—vote the same person. Once a lynch happens, the game will enter the twilight period until the game is locked. Discussion may continue at this point until the thread is locked.

05. The majority MUST be reached before the deadline expires, or else a no-lynch will occur.

06. Players are allowed ONE "bah" post after being nightkilled. This MUST NOT contain any information with regards to the game, or the player will most likely be warned for breaking site rules.

Activity and Deadline

01. Deadline for each day is 14 days; deadline for each Night is 2 days.

02. If you're on V/LA, please tell me beforehand by either posting it in thread or PM to me, if you can.

03. If you don't post here for 48 real hours, I will prod you. Failure to receive prod within 24 hours or receiving 3+ prods in game will cause force-replacement.

04. If you do not submit a night action, it will count as No Action.

05. If I have to extend deadline, I will. If I do, I will post it on thread.
