God I hate Yi. Fucking noob champ with immunity to everything and full immunity to slows. Fuck that champ.

Yi is terrible if he's the only damage dealer on the team. And damage dealers in bronze = anyone who's fed.

Idk about lane yi, but jungle yi is really weak at ganking early on. The other issue with yi is his transition into a superstrongOPcarry. A bad player on yi won't get strong by himself. And given how OP people think yi is, I'd imagine people playing him are being carried by him so are worse.

So, if you're bronze/silver, don't try screw up yi. Screw up the rest of his team. Play something strongish early and beat the hell out of the enemy laners before level 6. And your jungler should hopefully also be good at ganking early. (I think vi is good, b/c you also got your ult if yi does get fed). Force yi to have to do all the damage by himself, and you'll win.

The other good idea is instant-stuns. Good yi's can dodge stuff with alpha strike, but nobody dodges leona q.

It's targeted so he leaps to the targeted destination but unless something intervenes you take the damage no matter what.

Jax SHOULD get bullied pretty easily early. If you're playing a resourceless champ that isn't shyvanna you have the advantage.

What kind of trouble? Playing as them? Playing against them as adc? Playing against them as support? Playing with them as adc? Playing against them as other roles?

Aggro supports are supposed to take advantage of openings to create unfavorable trades for the enemy team.
It's a playstyle though;

Some supports do this by poking and harassing (Karma/Lulu)
Some supports do this by punishing bad positioning (Thresh/Leona/Cow)
Some supports can do this by baiting people into aggressive trades and then punishing the aggression (Janna/Nami)

I think the mistake here is that you're thinking that supports are defined by playstyle, when reality it's just how they make plays based on a situation.

Ani, fuck off. It's quite clear what is happening, and you CAN move out of range of targeted abilities before they land. I have no trouble doing it out of other moves, like khazix's leap, because it's a slower animation.
The only champion I've currently had trouble with as Renekton top is Jax, even though Renek is a fucking counter. Like I laned against a trundle and that wasn't a problem because by the time his leap is happening on my screen, it's already happened. Like the slice will go concurrently with his landing and I'll have just made a shit trade. Like almost every fucking time.

And if you seriously want to argue that the quality of your internet connection and processor don't matter in lane interactivity and dodging skillshots/etc then you sir are a giant moron.

Leave the talking about solo lanes to the people who have the balls to play them.

KZ's ability is not targeted. Jax's ability is targeted.

Quality of computer / internet does matter, but I have consistently 150+ ping and still do fine. I got to gold on 12 fps with said ping.

My point isn't that you're wrong so much as that skill can overcome certain handicaps.

And nobody likes hearing people complain about how bad their computer / internet is regardless of the situation. If it's so bad that you could win with normal ping / computer quality but are losing horribly instead, then maybe you should consider not taking the game quite so seriously that you feel the need to complain about how badly your teammates are doing because you are already not performing close to what would be your 100%.

I'm pretty sure Empowered works on the jump itself, and since the jump is targeted you should take all damage regardless.

I'm pretty sure i always take damage regardless of moving away during his jump (to avoid counter strike)
