Guys I need help. I'm thinking of quitting LoL.
I had 6 AFK in the last 5 games. I can't take this shit anymore. The only game in which I didn't have AFK it was because all lanes feeded and I had the worst kata imaginable as support. And I was also playing Teemo ADC for fun and could in no way carry.

Last game I just called quits. I saw udyr go AFK at minute 4 and left after my first death.

What should I do to not become a wreck emotionally because of all these AFKs.

AFKs happen al the time for a 1000 different reasons, solo queue has a lot of statistical variance, but the truth remains the same. For the majority of the time, You're gonna have 9 players that are different each and every game and 1 that is in every single game. Consistencey on that 1 player's part is the key to rising.

focus on smaller things. you get better by focusing your attention, not by trying to get overall better.

AFKs suck. Matchmaking sucks. It's not always like that.
If it is then you're just bitter and incapable of being subjective.
write down the numbers; afk/game, toxic players/game, win/loss on either side, general stuff. Ranked is a pretty even split.
If you're 50% win rate then you're doing better than a solid percent of the league community.

I started doing a lot better once I stopped being so emotionally invested. I have good/bad games yeah but if I feel like I'm getting upset I stop playing.

Here's something for you, i have been in a total of 10 4v5's (after the first one i started counting) that occured from the start (or within the first 5 minutes)

Out of them, 9/10 times, the 4 man team won.

Because where there is a AFK on your team, there is quite likely a feeder or 2 on the other team, all you need is to be able to cope either for the missing lane (jungler needs to take over) or cope with no jungler (Pretend they are an FF jungler over all, it's entertaining when they don't realize.)

There's animosity between Regi and Xpecial that started with Xpecial not logging the same solo queue hours that the rest of the team does.
Which is bs but w/e. It's Regi's team. He can bench the only player keeping them in the top 2 if he wants.

Winning lane most of the time as renekton though which is good.

There's a difference between winning lane and going 4/0 and 40 cs up though, which happens about half the time when i'm winning lane.

But do you get the tower(s) and then roam mid and get freelo kill and then get that tower then take drag then take bot tower with masterful guided rotations of your team?

Try it next time. It'll help more than just you do well.

I mean I take tower and go rotate
but there's not much I can do if every other lane is getting fucked. I have hard carried games before where other lanes are even at best but it's tough for me to do it mid or bot has fed hard.

Like the most I've lost lane by as renekton is one kill. Because once I die horribly in lane in don't go right back to lane and play aggressively, but for some reason people don't seem to get that once you die you can't just keep trying to go toe to toe.

I know how to win 4v5. I call that the feeder who didn't feed. The problem is in normals when I just try to have fun.

As for those who told me to quit. Most of my friends play LoL and we've been playing for 3 years together. It's hard to just stop and hear them talk about the game.

we had one turret left at 25 min, top inhib turret. (I was adc for some reason eww). Somehow we won that shit who knows how.

Current season is less about early lead and more about getting picks mid/late.
