I know its the weekend and for some odd reason activity from just about everyone drops to nothing, but can we please get something going on here? We are mid mass claim and we have completely stalled.

@Mod
- can we please get a prod on Zep?

@Everyone else- we could just speed lynch his scum ass right here. Someone look at my case on him and tell me that isn't scum based.

I won't speed lynch without hearing from him. That comment, to me, is kinda suspect.

With that being said, it's Mother's Day. I won't be anywhere neat MS today (otherwise, my wife may castrate me.) I'll reevaluate on Monday.

Its kinda suspect to you that I would like to lynch one of my scum reads, someone I've laid out a logical legit case against, a case that no one has even really attempted to poke any holes in? That is suspect to you? Its suspect to me that Zep gives dark after the hell I brought to his front door, yet he signed in this morning.

You are acting as if that was a closed case without room for doubt.
You mostly went through his posts and said there were empty, and then took out the hammer and said it was probably scum because there was a possible scum motivation for it.
Then there are two posts in which you actually point out something that I agree is bad, however you say yourself that it might be "idiocy" in the first of them, while on the second one it might just as well be inexperience (assuming scum wouldn't be expected to hammer their buddy).
That's not really enough for me to lynch someone before they can claim.
Also what the hell do we gain from not waiting for him anyway? We only loose information.

That said, I do like the Zeph wagon more than the other, but they both don't really feel right to me, so I will definitely wait for now.

I have problems reading LML at the moment, because I really don't like his style right now and that just makes getting a neutral impression on him difficult.
I do agree some things that were said were WIFOM, I do agree that they don't mean much in that light, but you really don't know current meta if you think people are necessarily scum for that. Also to me it seems to be at least as stupid to just be sure that there is
no
vig in a setup when there is probably a gunsmith as assuming there is one. And
that

really isn't WIFOMing the mod, it's basic common sense (though I do agree that now that we know there is another role with a gun that doesn't seem as probable anymore).
And why did you even get to assume there is a fucking
cult
in this game?
still the same old MTD

MTD, there was a cult element in the first game that was triggered by the passing of an artifact. I think that is where the speculation is coming from. I agree we should wait for all claims to come in. I am starting to get leery of fish beating his drum as if he came up with this case on Zephyrus. He basically said the same thing I said when I initially voted Zephyrus, he just made a walk post out of it.

What? In what way was the artifact even remotely cultlike?

I thought someone said that. Maybe I am misrembering. Were the monks not cult like?

I wouldn't say the artefact was cultlike, but with the claims so far, there are mechanical parallels with last game.

Spoiler: SUPREME 1 setup
Anyway, I can describe the setup of the first game for the lazy:

3-10 standard 13p setup.

scum (wolves):
-vanillaizer
-compulsive monk recruiter
-Wiretapper (detects if a player has a QT, for finding the original monk)

Town
-Monk
-VT that starts with an artefact
-Gunsmith
-vig

Special mechanics:
Monkery can choose to either seer investigate or be bulletproof for the night (publicly stated, though with a code phrase for either ability)
Whoever has the artefact can pass it to another player at night. All players who have had the artefact are immune to vanilla-ization, though only the original owner knows that.

OK I misunderstood. I thought the "Monk recruiter" was a third-party cult thing.

Monks are the same thing as masons, used in werewolf games.

With a recruiter mechanic, maybe they aren't guaranteed not-wolves though.

Kagami you asked about our reasons for thinking you're scum. I'll post more about this later today.

I think popcorn is on zeph.

And yes, I've been curious for a while about the meta-read, which could only come from rock operafia, so obviously I couldn't ask about it before.

No, not only from rock operafia.

There's experiential town meta to compare this game with.

Zep 7 days 10 hours
NS 3 days 7 hours
LC 3 days 3 hours
Cho 2 days 6 hours
Emp 2 days 5 hours

This is a prime example of the apathy that kills town. Four of the eleven left alive can't be bothered to post, and our Mod isn't even around to get prods out or to replace people into the game who will actually play. Guess its a good thing we still have 4 days and change for this period. Maybe one of the times Zep signs in he will actually come in here and fucking play. And whoever is suspect of me for calling for his head, fuck off. Heat came down all around him and he has flaked, town doesn't flake with that kind of pressure, they flail. Dude is fucking scum and needs to hang. Kagami probably is too, so I am stuck in a pickle.

L-2 now, and you'd make it L-1.

I am 100% for this lynch, for the record, and have been since your initial case on him. It makes me feel warm inside.

In the interest of moving that along we got a nameless VT role.

The character we sent in was Jane Eyre because Nati is a rebel.

I think we should pick targets for fish and NS tonight before we lynch anyone. I suppose I'll claim my new role though.

Once per game I can choose to use my night action. It is either protective or investigative, and it gets better each night. Last night Who could have reported or bodygaurded. Tonight I can doc or track.

I'm willing to compromise on Zeph today but I need to get with ffery and we need to finish the mc.

At the moment I'm taking both NS and whoever as town. Thinking parallels to We the Purple atm.

I said I was in a pickle. I feel like Kagami has a good chance of flipping scum as well. And I'm not thrilled that I call you guys out by name and you come swooping in. Feels like bussidying.
