Yes, a defensive support who is supposed to try to stall out lanes and protect people should be really good at dealing damage.

Raka's Q needs to be gutted, and no champ should have abilities that are free (and yes, I don't think resourceless champions should exist, either)

If you want to make a champion that will be played in a low-gold role, they should have high base damage and poor scaling. You might as well argue that we need to nerf Sona's Q and passive by the same logic (e.g., just a few pages ago people were emphasizing that she was "supposed to be" a passive support). Low base damage and poor scaling is a champion who just won't be played at all.

I agree that her Q doesn't make much sense on a champion who isn't intended to take cs.

honestly idk how normals elo works because back in S2 I was sitting around 950 in ranked elo (yes, i know, i sucked) on my main
and on my level 21 smurf my normals elo was 1540

and when i do play normals now I sometimes see people in Bronze and also people in Diamond, all solo queue'd

My solo queue ranking (at least normals, and sometimes ranked) is to the point where I hardcarry every game I get ADC in (and even some others).

I have this vision of a full build braum with bork + fulltank just 1v1ing bitches like jax because of how his passive scales and how well bork synergizes with him but he's just too bad early.
