AFAIK, he has never faked a SI like this before. In my only other game with Marquis he used the words 'quack' and 'squawk' at intervals though as a reference to their avatar/account. So I find it virtually impossible that they are post restricted to using those words. I also just doubt because of mod-meta that there is such a crippling SI in the game. Hence I think they are faking. They are probably a town Doctor or something trying to not get night killed.
