I have no idea why people think bringing melee adcs bottom lane is a good idea - they just get poked out and lose lane hard. I haven't seen one win a game personally yet.

Yeah but China's splash arts are also pretty different from ones everywhere else, and I'm not seeing a mass splash art change.

Splash arts are one thing, no one cares. Having a champion have a completely different portrait in one region really fucks up the audience's ability to read what the hell is happening.

Notice one of the selling points they had was "a model consistent in all regions".
