The Federation is dying. The rebels have captured most of our star systems. Only Fleet HQ remains, the last bastion of hope in the galaxy, along with a few scattered ships and bases still loyal to the Federal Government. We were one of those bases, forced to abandon our position under a rebel assault, escaping aboard a decomissioned ship that we managed to get space-worthy at the last second. Fourteen of us survived. Many lives were lost. But, hope remains. We intercepted a rebel transmission, just a few fragments of data... but contained in this fragment were plans for the final assault on Fleet HQ, a final offensive designed to end the war. To that end, they are deploying a fearsome flagship, an almost perfect ship designed to crush our fleet.

. We know it's weakness. We can save the Federation, if we can evade the rebel pursuit and reach home base in time. May God guide us to victory.

The rebels follow us doggedly. Their relentlessness is almost impressive... but something isn't right. It's almost as if they know what we're doing. We may have a spy in our midst. I cannot take the chance that rebels have infiltrated our crew. I have disabled the long range communications. Now, I wait, for if there are rebels aboard, without orders from their masters, they will have to act...

13 players. Open Setup. Every town player will submit a name at night to use their ability on, but the players won't know which ability (if any) they have. If they want to make smart decisions, they'll have to use the results they receive, in conjunction with the night results, to determine what they are. Of course that might tip the scum off on who their best kills should be...
