actually 2674 was the kind of answer i was looking for

basically what happened is i wrote two posts impersonating mollie yesterday which i admitted to in the QT
a bit later that day feu et vol talks about how i specifically was impersonating mollie and trying to obfuscate things or something when (a) all the mollie impersonations i'd been doing prior to the two posts i admitted to were obvious troll posts and (b) the two posts i admitted to i did so because it wasn't completely obvious they were troll posts

this sparked paranoia in me because i thought maybe someone from our neighbour QT had leaked the fact that i admitted to it (the timing of it was really fucking weird) and feu slipped here
which is why i specifically asked in 2510 where feu thought i had slipped, because all of the slips that weren't from yesterday were a lot earlier on in the game (relatively) and they'd posted a lot in between and not brought it up as an issue so it was like, "what the fuck is going on here?" and my first thought was leak + slip

but it's nothing concrete and i can kind of sort of maybe see how the explanation in 2674 makes sense so i'm not interested in pursuing it, tbh. i would have preferred to see a much quicker explanation for it but whatever
