I'm about to look at the preview. I'm really curious to see what the kit is, since I saw it pretty early on when a lot of stuff was getting iterated.

Why is it this is always what's said.

First up i don't get mid every fucking game, if i did maybe i'd be able to carry every game, but lower elo's people play lanes they can't play for shit.

Secondly, i have to have the damage possibility of making up for mid, cause one mid laner will feed, the other will stomp, if i'm on the wrong side, i personally need the ability to make up the damage and stop the person that is now fed.

Thirdly, low elo no one understands that you can't just run through the whole slow field to try and keep chasing.

Forthly, at least i have control over how much 4 people get fed (Enemy ADC/Support, Allied ADC and myself.) and in doing so i can get an incompetent ADC fed as fuck, peel for them, and make them output enough of their damage that i can do the rest of the job.

I'm very aware this shit doesn't work in higher elo, i'm not trying to get out of higher elo, i'm playing in lower elo where even if the map was completely lit by wards for my team, people will still get ganked cause they have no map awareness (or a billion pings on their champ), and have no knowledge of how to stop a split pusher before they manage to make it to an inhib turret and beat the living shit out of it.

And fact is this, good utility supports don't have the power of poking the enemy from anywhere near as far as viktor can.

Seriously the amount of times i have gotten an ADC that doesn't know how to follow up on conventional supports (Leona, Thresh) and ADC's who can manage to fuck up an easy AoE stun because of minions (Annie) is retarded.

I'll agree that Annie is a better version of viktor in many ways, except that viktor has amazing poke range with no animation on it.

If you play things that

work

in higher elo to the degree of people in higher elo, you'll get there - no gimmicks required.

Why do you think you have "control" over anything...?

If you're where you are in Ranked you're there for a reason. You don't control anything; you're no better than the average person you'll meet up with. If you were you wouldn't be there. I'm in Silver II and I know why I'm there and it's not because I belong there: I happened to do ok in my placement matches

BUT

I totally annihilated my second-to-last game and carried everybody so hard that in my next match I was out of my league (pun intended) and my whole team got carried to a win by a smurf.

That doesn't happen to most, and definitely doesn't usually happen the other way around. Why try to break the meta when an inexorable amount of people who are better than you are telling you you're wrong?

tl;dr

If you're saying you only do something because it works in low ELO, that invalidates your opinion in two ways: 1) if it worked as well or as consistently as you thought it wouldn't just be something for low ELO, and 2) you're in low ELO. The people who figure out what works and what doesn't are

NOT

in low ELO.

You're probably one of the main reasons I don't contribute to this thread as much as I would otherwise... your posts are just annoying in their stubbornness and the unnecessary aggression you wield towards the other posters in this thread. That and I am aware that I know less than the more common posters and would rather read what they have to say and interject
