Well...kind of. There's still the whole "could be the target" issue, which I'd have a hard time seeing anyone but Tammy being the target, maybe Bert, since he's a general-ish town read.

I think scum would probably go for a confirmed town and wifom the shit out of Bulba to be honest so just because he's not dead doesn't mean it's sketchy yet.
