Nothing really. I just thought the keep calm/waffle on sounded neat. Though I guess if you stretch you could say that we need to "keep calm" 'cause Tammy has a tendency to get upset.

That sounds like you're trying to make the player match the title, not the other way around. But it's not that bad of a title.

Because all the titles suggested for me are either terrible or just excuses to find new ways to call me short?

I still prefer Mrs. Waffles to Classic Waffles and Keep Calm and Waffle on. The other two feel more like random phrases with the word "Waffle" in them; moreover, the connection to Waffles the cat is lost. (But maybe I don't get the "Classic Waffles" reference.)
