chaoslord54 wrote:If Rack isn't scum then he at least is definitely a OMGUS town.

What's an OMGUS town? Someone who uses OMGUS a lot?

So I find Malakittens scummy for many reasons. For starters, her way of play comes off as someone trying to be trolly but instead of seeing is as being trolly I see it as scum trying to mess around with cases and forcing town to lose focus on what they are trying to do.

She was trolling in the very beginning, but I don't see how she has once she got serious. How is she making town lose focus?
Also, she ignores most questions thrown at her like in [post]164[/b]

She was only asked two questions, and the question she did answer pretty much answered the other one.
and her switch from wanting to vote Rack to jumping off of Rack's wagon seems to sudden

The post where she said Rack needed to be lynched was a mistake she meant to quote Aninenem Although, I noticed in her early read list, she leaned Rack scum.
@Mala
Why did that change?
and her explanations are short and feel like excuses more then reasons also [post]193[/b] and [post]195[/b] are scummy to me because these do not seem like good reasons to assume that Rack is instantly town. Also he case against Aneninen in [post]163[/b] is shallow and OMGUS.

I can see your point here, but I don't see how 163 was OMGUS.
Also she seems to keep jumping between Aneninen and Implosions and does not seem to explain herself very well.

Since when was having multiple scum reads a crime?

can't have been an OMGUS because I have never voted for Malakittens. (Or some players mean a different thing by OMGUS than I do.)

Already answered that.

Because of the speed of the wagon. It's hard to explain, but the speed feels like the wagon could potentially be scum driven.
No matter how high the stakes, sooner or later you're just gonna have to go with your gut.
And maybe, just maybe, that'll take you right where you were supposed to be.

Personally I'm kinda going back and forth on him. His push to try to lynch Phok I feel was done poorly because his case going all around the fact that Phok didn't realize at first the joking nature as his reasoning for why he was scum I feel is a poor reason. I don't think though his switch to Rack is OMGUS or bussing like Agar tried to point out because he backs up his reasoning and points out through quotes what led to his reasoning behind it. So I feel like he leans town but would like to see more posts from him to help decide where I fall on his alliance.

Tammy
Why do you associate refusal to provide evidence with town play?

Implosion
What do you mean by "vote labels" in 208? And why do you claim that I fos rack when I was simply adding more reasoning to an existing vote (which already had decent reasoning)? What specifically is bad about my attack on Rack?

Getting bad vibes from
Riabi
still. I find it unlikely that you have 0 strong reads this late in the day unless you're just not trying...

Getting mostly good vibes from
Anen
, but the reasoning for finding me scummy is lacking. How is the fact that you think my posting insincere possibly backed up by my use of the word? That's like saying "I think X is scummy, and look! they even called another player scummy! GG scumzorz!!!" I also wanna know what specifically is insufficient about 190.

Chaos
Really don't like the way you line up lynches in 248...why do you assume that Rack will still be the best lynch tomorrow if we don't lynch him today? Also the use of the phrase "take down" bothers me. But not sure if that's really a legit tell.

I can get behind the Flames wagon...I don't like decision to speak for Rack in 119, in a defensive sort of way, then in his very next post claim to have a complete turn around on him. Especially considering he mirrors my reasons for thinking Rack is scum...like, exactly mirrors them. In the post DIRECTLY after mine.

VOTE: Flames
That's L-2.

As for , this was insufficient:

The short answer is yes. I wanted to know whether she had something hard to present for the turnaround or not. The answer was no ("gut and ~reasons~"). I think the choice to offer my sheeping makes more sense if you look at our ISO's...she's been very trolly, and it seemed like an easy way to get a sincere answer. And you WERE lurking pretty hard.

I still don't understand the first point. Thinking a player is 'adjective' because they used 'adjective' still makes no sense to me, even in the realm of feelings. If I had worded it differently (ex. "Do you not think the post was sincere?") would it have negated your feelings?

The frustration at being "singled out" seems like a bit of an overreaction. I don't feel that you've been singled out more than anyone else. I also feel like you have not been vague in your reasoning across the board, but only when its been convenient to you. Could you link me to a game of you playing town where you survived at least 2-3 days? The other one you posted is half a hydra so not all that much use to me.

Strange but yes... repeating the two sentences in my mind generates a different vibe. You can call me an idiot for it.

To try to put it in less idiosyncratic english, basically sometimes people will make random votes for relatively little or no reason and then justify them as reaction tests. Mine is such a vote, except I'm not trying to justify it as a reaction test, the reason I voted Mala was because I was in the mood to vote Mala. It was a whim.

I claim that you fos rack because you voted him and later said he was probably scum in 148 :\. I use fos as a synonym for suspect.

As for why I don't like the attack, it's the way you're pushing the reaction test as him not having gotten enough out of it. It strikes me as an odd thing to push. Kind of a gut thing.

Chaos, if you had a stronger scumread on rack than Mala, then why did you decide to vote for mala to "get it out of the way" when the rack wagon is already developed?

Also, AGar is town, Tammy is meh, Riabi is meh, chaos is town, mala's meh, aneninen is town, implosion is scum (his reads list in 210 has scumreads of pretty much every easy mislynch), I'm obvtown, shaddow is meh, tman's weird, flames is scum (PoE), elias is town, rack is scum

Game solved

Has anyone played with phok before? Does he usually ignore questions people ask him and have fake bravado cuz I tend to associate posts above and that game solved nonsense with scum, but he's so new and I'm getting that kind of vibe and keep bouncing back and forth.

To whomever asked - I associate Unhelpfulness with town because people don't do themselves any favors that way. It tends to make people want to lynch them and a good number of scum tend to avoid silly confrontations like that. However it's not as strong because it was a reaction test.
I am in the top 90% of scumhunters onsite!

????

I gave scumreads on riabi and flames (arguably "easy lynches") and elias (i'd like to see you argue that as an easy lynch). I townread rack, the main wagon. I'd argue he's the "easiest lynch" given not only that he was the biggest wagon but that I started that wagon. I guess that's more moot if you think I'm scum with rack but still. The "easy lynch" argument is stupid in general. People are thought of as "easy lynches" because they are doing things that scum stereotypically do... i.e. because they are scummy.
