You're right - it could be that way, but it's not. My last large had people bitching at each other with all out catfights, and most (or all, can't remember exactly offhand) weren't scum. The attitude and issues of that was the cause of more votes than anything, which is why I try to make sure it's not a personality/play style thing I don't like, rather than an actual scum read. If you want to think I'm scum because of that, you're doing the exact thing you're giving me crap about.

Well, i mean, it would have been just keeping my vote where it was, so it would have required zero effort. I guess my reason to jump to shaddowez was literally just a whim. At this point I think I prefer that vote. I don't think pressure is the best tool on someone who's replacing in either (though don't quote me on that). A person replacing in is probably going to be giving plenty of readable content anyway.

Something about this line in his reads list bothers me - there's nothing specific about it, but I just don't like it.

I actually like the line you quote from tman. It doesn't do anything to make Tammy a more likely lynch, but it also attracts negative attention. So, essentially, it contradicts the scum agenda while being something town could quite easily think, at least in my opinion.

Pretty much, the general statements early on bothered me, but nothing to an extreme level. I'd be more worried on his Day 2 play than his day 1 stuff. Going back though, I remembered his stuff with Elias that bothered me and there was something with DV that bothered me too and now I can't frikken remember what it was. I will get back on this.

As for Implosion: what do you mean by that "Autoscum! WIFOM!" part? Do you think a page1 post is relevant now? And he was voting for Shadowez in 551...

That's useful, thanks. Please elaborate - a lot of people have him read as town, I just don't see it as clearly as other people do.

Now, onto the meat of my post.

Elias had my attention for a good portion of D1, who got scummier as the day went on. I didn't like his vote placement/movement, and seemed to be doing very little in the way of scumhunting. I held off an opinion of DV until I heard more, which I now have.

In his first real post, Post #486, he uses implosion's list of scum, and narrows it down to three - two of which already have votes on them, and myself, who implosion had made a case about.
Most of his reads in Post #488 aren't too bad, but in reviewing it I found this:

Shaddowez: Mostly a PoE read.

His play in regards to flames/neil is nothing beyond scum as far as I can see

. The main thing holding me back though, as silly as it may sound, is 21. Notice the similarity in style of RVS to flames, while everyone else is different. I feel scum may make more effort to do something different from a buddy, but I consider this point quite weak after some thought.

I didn't notice anything scummy in particular during my read-through

, but I haven't reviewed the most recent case on him properly and will read his own posts more deeply tomorrow.

DV has a lot of wishy-washiness going on with his reads, but is sticking with people that are already being viewed as scum. Examples:

His posting makes me very uncertain. I struggle to get anything specifically town-motivated or scum-motivated out of it as I read through, so he defaults to a scumread, but not a strong one.

My vote on Shaddowez is not really due to anything extra that Shaddowez has done, but more because I've become unsure of Chaos after looking through his posting again with Shaddowez being the next best bet.

I'll want to wait for ZZZX before I make any judgements about the slot, but all I want to say is that I've become cautious

I know that I tend to fluff a lot, however, in this particular game, especially on Day2, I haven't posted the usual amount of "Aneninen-fluff" so far.

I would like to see a readslist from BipolarChemist and Shadowez. Because, it seems that BC has either no real/strong scumreads or I've skimmed over something. In contract, Shadowez seems to have too many scumreads.

I'm not going to go back and find examples of something I've literally been saying since early in Day 1 because you don't see what I see, especially for scum. Re-read him. He made posts early Day 1 that were very clearly of a town mindset and I've been fine running with that since. Here, have a recycled gif in the meantime:

Why do I need to go after an easy target? If I were buddies with BPC/Oso, it would've made more sense for me to stick with my chaos/ZZZX vote. If I were buddies with chaos/ZZZX, it would've made more sense for me to focus on Oso. If I'm buddies with you, then what on earth am I doing? The problem with your claim that I'm going for the easy target is that the only reason I'd need to go for an easy target is if my scumbuddy was in danger, and if that was the case, you would not have been the ideal target for me as scum at the time.

Are you referring to BPC and me? If so, it's either because BPC is scum and I'm paranoid of him, or because we're both town and paranoid of each other. I am cautiously holding off on a decision there for the time being.
