I am privately asking MoS how my wincon interacts with Happily Ever After so that I can determine whether it is votable, but I will just post my speculations publicly cuz why not.

Tbf I suspect that it would mean that I would win with my lyncher friend, unless that person had simply been the mafia sniper (though I doubt that). Otherwise, it might be that all 3 non-town win if I am considered my own alignment. All 4 might even win of the town is tn5421 and he is also a separate faction who wins with "town."

So that could be neat.

If we can't all agree to live happily ever after the next best course of action would be to no lynch.

I just reread my role PM and noticed that whoever else has a lyncher ability may or may not share my lyncher alignment. So it's actually possible that my lyncher friend or friends is/are not lyncher-aligned, bizarrely. Seems dumb tbh.

But anyway, as long as no existing non-town alignment has 2 members alive, I think I could still win with any non-town alignment that has 1 member.

1) The group/person that started with the least number of players would win. If there is still a tie, they tie and the town loses.

2) Survivors win in Happily Ever After, unless they have another win condition that takes precedence that has not been fulfilled.

MoS also confirmed to me privately that his version of lyncher is not anti-town and does not interfere with the town's wincon (so I guess it doesn't end the game). Consequently, I would lose in Happily Ever After if any actual scum remain (and they do, cuz kills are unclaimed).
