Question about Ori's ult, assuming i cast it while the ball is on someone, it casts from where the person was rather then where the person will be at the end of the cast time, is that accurate?

My understanding is the ball detaches from said person and casts right where it was when you pressed "R", so the first one / yes, I think?

I believe so. Also note that while the ball is on another person, it rotates around their head, and it's the location of the ball that matters, not the person themselves.

Which is exactly why a lot of fuss is made when pro players screw up ults by either ulting too early or accidentally ulting on top of themselves instead of the support/top who initiates for the ball combo. Like what U did in the day 1 match against TPA.

I know this pain. Unless I play at some ungodly hour I'm royally fucked on bandwidth until my move (moving from central california to chicago and more importantly from 1.5meg to 12meg). I just play bots at day then normals and such at night.

have you tried tracing your route to riot's servers? You might be able to use a VPN to change your route.
