neighbourizor seems much more likely to be scum in this game, plus she just doesnt seem townie at all. Shes frequently attacking people/extreme snarkiness and I just dont see that coming from town Juls

That's strange. I would imagine there to be at least 3 scum in a game this size.

No. You said

1. That just means the mod can lie to us. It doesn't indicate anything about negative utility town roles.
2. Yes, but they're significantly less likely than it straight up being a scum role.
