of course, when the cow escapes the slaughterhouse and starts killing farmers, we have a problem

but our syndra jungle, who went 1/5 in 10 min, was able to miss all her skillshots regularly and bait the cow into killing her repeatedly, while allowing the rest of our team to get a bit of head start running away

all in all, I think it was the enemy ez dc'ing that really won us the game

first you name your cow (I usually just go with Bessie)

then you feed your cow (champions minions and towers)

then you round up your friends and go slaughter the cow (this might be difficult if the cow is too fed; just focus the cow)

then you enjoy your steak

I really enjoyed Shyv for a long time. She's fallen out of my main champ rotation because she doesn't bring enough CC for me, but yeah! She's a blast, she's fun in every stage, and then it's just RAWR MOTHAFUCKIN' DRAGON.


(Are you building her really tanky? I hope you are. She thrives on the front line and doesn't need a lot of damage items to fuck shit up)

Not how I'd build her at all. I'm a fan of lane shyv (because her ganks are the most lack of luster) and she does well enough against anyone in lane that she's relevant in early teamfights. Free stats really help her. I tend to build BotRK (beause attack speed, dueling power, lifesteal, slow. Everything she needs) then straight tank, usually starting with sunfire

Though frozen mallet is pretty much required if your team lacks CC or if you are jungling her. I might try more jungle shyv.

To be fair it's not a

Bad

full offensive type of build for a jungle shyv, it just gets really overshadowed by the BotRK/FF into full tank, because there's no real need to build shyv full damage.

That said, Triforce might be decent on her considering her Q, never honestly thought about that one.

P-Edit: If your team is lacking CC, don't pick shyv, Tank jungles have tons of CC.

Update on my Essence Reaver Rush Varus play: I'm now at 15 wins, 6 losses, with an average KDA of 9.6/6.4/8.5. 4 of those games were Duos with a random Leona/Blitz main I found in one of those games.

This is mid-Bronze play, so it might not be strictly optimal in high Elo (in fact, it's probably not). Generally, I've found it to be functional because of the ability to spam Varus's Q more with the extra mana and the CDR. Before I get Reaver, I often am low on mana just from the amount Varus needs to use his spells to poke, though a better player could probably manage mana better, thus making this less a reason to use this build.

Generally, I try to get BF Sword or Pickaxe on the first back, depending on gold. I then prioritize Vamp Scepter and try to build into Reaver/IE/PD, in that order, sometimes with an early Zeal. LW and BT finish the build if I reach full build, or sometimes I sell the Reaver to get BT and go for another AS item, like Shiv. Defensive items (usually Veil or GA) are options, but luxuries.

So yeah, it's been effective in low elo, largely because the CDR and free mana helps me dominate the later portion of the laning phase, and also because no one at this elo knows how to lane against a Varus (and thus I get free poke for days).

Like I said earlier, I still have no idea what I'm doing with items, so yeah probably funky things were goin on, but I don't think I even bought many items. I know I did buy an attacky item when I had the opportunity to buy a defensive one. oops.

In what way does he not fit your description? The wind tornado, wind wall fits mages, and the other parts is a fighter. And he has sword
