I spam a lot in this game, but not on purpose, just mostly because someone's response is not a response in my book.

Asking for an opinion from her has been the equivalent of trying to get my son to understand the food that doesn't look good doesn't make it yucky.

That said the highlights are:

Ika was lynched day 1, he stated he would hammer himself and he did and was a vanilla cop.
Juls loverized myself and HI.
DGB claims to be able to unloverize players.
ABR: Claims to be a bodyguard that targets a player and can die even if that player is lynched (correct me if I'm wrong there ABR)
There are currently 3 wagons, Juls, Aegor and UT.

Currently on page 10, so far the main thing to kick off has been the whole TBone/Farside thing.

86 is very weak by hoplip, and would love to know why Konowa votes Juls in 90 straight after Jules fake dayvigs too. Juls seems over-defensive but if he has something that will let him be confirmed on d2 then there is no harm in waiting a day. TBone was definitely exaggerating in order to make his point, whether that was scum motivated or him just being too lazy to check is facts is a good question but he certainly digs himself a hole from there pretty quickly - stuff like his logic in 155 where he mentions how farside wasn't advocating lynch all liars against players who fakevigged/fakedoublevoted is clearly grasping at straws.

DGB just rocking up and sheeping farside is scummy but equally I have seen her play like that in other games where she was town. Hostile may be a VI but 245 by him looks really scummy where he says

Did you notice she's kicking it up a notch now that there's a wagon on her?

I don't think that's a coincidence.

which is very reachy. So scum at the moment I'm thinking probably Hostile/TBone/Hoplip

I'm not really sure. I don't feel like touching Juls/farside. T-Bone should not be lynched. DGB claims she can unlover-ize. There's no interest in Konowa. I have to pick somebody, UT, it just so happens that person is you right now. I'm admittedly not taking the lead here, but I'm not very passionate about this game (is anyone?).

Far cry from this post and the follow up a few down.

Yeah, but you haven't expressed anything about Bulge (Marky Mark) or DGB being Scum till just now. So yeah, those two are sort of out of nowhere.

Pretty sure last game was MoI's "The Name of the Wind" large theme where you shot me as Town, and pretty confident there were a few games before that where you Scum read me with zero reason behind it.

Juls' reads in 276 seem very off - particularly so in light of the ika flip. Same goes for Konowa's reads in 330. Ika's wagon is not great in general, but the really scummy part is how HI naked votes Ika and then unvotes after Ika has already hammered.

Coming into d2 and ABR's justification for targeting TBone seems pretty poor. It stops us from being able to lynch a scummy player and his point about choosing him because he wouldn't be targeted is kinda null as if scum target somebody they are going to be town, so providing ABR is town we would be losing a townie either way.

So Juls said back on d1 that her role was 100% confirmable and 0% chance of being given to scum and that seems like a pretty big exaggeration in hindsight, certainly given her actual role it is hard to see town motivation in saying that d1. Her defense in 403 that scum wouldn't be given her role is also something that is hard to see coming from a town perspective. DGB's claim of unloverizer makes it clear that this lover thing is a pretty central game mechanic, so will be interesting to see how this develops.

In other news, 464 was scummy by aegor and his argument in 497 that Juls is town based on statistical probability is poor logic (by that argument everybody is town). The only thing that puts me off Juls being scum at the moment is 496, which just seems too scummy/obvious to be coming from a scum.

I'm actually hoping for you to draw ANY conclusions, cause so far you are just recapping the game. Which is fine for you, but personally I was there for Day 1 (not so much Day 2 thus far).

OK, caught up to the present day.

I really don't like how TBone has been coasting today after abr's announcement that he targeted him put his lynch largely off the map. Hiplop has continued to lurk and their small handful of posts seem scummy, but happy to give the slot time to see if it was just that player seeing as kuribo has stepped in.

Perhaps the more pressing issue, I don't understand why dgb has not un-lovered farside/HI yet. It seems pretty unlikely that they are both scum, and that would be the only situation in which I can see leaving them lovered would be better. She has said she can do it before hammer, but why not do it now and prove her role.

As to the subject of Juls in general, the fact that she has made some very genuine posts and has patiently replied to farside's tunnelling has diminished my scumread, I disagree with her logic in loverising the players though. 558 is poor logic by her in justifying her vote on ika, but then she provides better reasoning a couple of posts later on.

Of the current wagons, UT seems very town to me. I can see either of Juls/Aegon being scum - the players on Aegon's wagon seem more towny in general however (UT being the only towny player on the Juls wagon). Konowa I don't really have a read on at the moment, so thats something I need to rectify.

DGB being a hard counter to Juls makes me think that they are very likely different alignments. As to the lack of NK, if there is somebody who has a night ability that could potentially stop a kill they need to come out as otherwise DGB's theory that the scum have the lover thing instead of an NK does make sense.

I will post this for the time being and then probably put a vote down shortly after I have had time to mull things over.

pedit - My initial reaction was that it could be abr preventing himself and his buddy getting lynched. After more thought, while abr fakeclaiming certainly is possible the simpler explanation is that he just wanted to avoid dying first and foremost even though him protecting somebody widely townread like AV would be better for the town in general.
