Just never seen a deliberate you can 'use this or give it to someone else to use' choice, because the right action is pretty much nearly always to use it yourself as the alternative wastes a day and gives it to someone whose alignment you don't know

The only way you could possibly be lying is if you are in a separate faction with F-16 that is not town in a game where we have a faction called 'Mafia', or said faction has 4 members in a 13p, so worrying about your veracity isn't in the cards for me
