This is where I'm at right now. biggest changes here from yesterday/day before would be mollie, MS and LC.

mollie's confusion really bugged me and I didn't think she would have this kind of issue, but something I said a couple posts ago in response to her made me kind of think about it - the only person on my wagon who actually has points to argue is probably the only person who's actually thinking about why I might be scum.

MS became null mostly because I don't have a fucking clue what the motivation for what he's doing is. I can see it from both sides of the coin and putting him anywhere else doesn't feel like it fits.

LC's defense of me feels odd. Like MS, I can see it from both sides. If town, it's likely sthar has a better understanding of my methods/emotions via our hydra. If scum, he would know that aggravating me would only bring more attention on him because he knows I wouldn't just drop it. It's too nebulous a read to sort out in my head at the moment, and I also don't feel like they are *quite* in the game 100% yet. I don't feel the total involvement that I did in Chosen - even despite Sthar's limited access during that game. (I also don't agree with his TSO read but I don't know what it means yet).

Re: Ward - his prod dodging feels less necessary and more done on purpose. I just hate lynching lurkers D1 because I feel like the D1 lynch should be as full of information as possible. But this slot is super scum and I can feel it in my bones. No other way to explain it.

So, to mollie - yeah I would vote Jiffy. But my problem is that I need to be more sure of you because you're the one I'd look to for help reading him, and in order to be more sure of you, I need to talk to AP. I sent him a PM a couple days ago that he hasn't opened yet, and he's pretty V/LA at the moment, so if I don't get a chance to catch up with him, I'll just keep going.

p-edit: what do you mean "look deeper" into it? i have never been able to read Jiffy and tussling with him is just irritating because he's stubborn and unreasonable. i am also stubborn and unreasonable. it never gets anywhere. (see comments above re: jiffy)

AP was pretty absent site-wide before the game went into sign-ups, but had agreed to hydra this and did tell Anti that he was still in for it. I was expecting to carry it for the first little bit anyway. He made several posts at the beginning of the game, but it's been me since then.

So it's pretty much just me not knowing what to do nor am I trusting my abilities to figure out what's going on in a game when my reads, per usual have been shit lately so I'm trying not to jump to any conclusions and trying to think things out before I commit to anything.

Understood. This is advice regardless of what I think of your alignment here - don't let fear of the unknown lock you up. If it helps you to look at the game in terms of straight numbers, think about it this way: there's 3 scum. Pick at least 4 people who you consider your friends that you would be comfortable talking to. Get their opinions on people you don't feel comfortable talking to. Then compare that with your gut and go from there.

Most people don't know what to do. It's not like we're all super geniuses with a lock on the team from the word 'go'. It takes testing and poking and sometimes ruffling a few feathers to get a read. It's better than doing nothing because even if YOU are wrong, perhaps it helps the 4+ people you chose who can help you from there.

I have a few reads but I don't like how they are based on the anger or defiance of posts. I don't want to lean on that for reads. This feels like Organic (where metal was scum), because I feel like everyone is so familiar with each other and nailing scum will take some luck because of meta-dodging, etc.
