As for why I'm claiming now? As I was saying, I still held the belief that I would survive till the next day. with ika's vote, I'm not as certain about that since I don't think shos is voting me right now. I also didn't want to claim because 2 wagons in a row have been dismantled pretty much entirely from claims, and even if I am a PR I didn't really want to see it happen again. If we HAVE to lynch me, even if I'm a PR, then let Shos hammer, but the thought of no-lynching is starting to sound mighty appealing, if only so we can sort these out somehow.

so on 1 hand you are saying that you know you are a sane cop and on the other saying there might multiple cops running around who don't know that they are sane or insane or paranoid etc? and you could just cc them but didn't? like how do you know you are a sane cop was it explicit in your role pm? cos in the multiple cop roles in games that I have seen they usually don't cos then it comes down to a follow the cop scenario.

I mean this game did make it through review.

In hindsight, I should have, though I was still under the belief that he would've/could've been lynched without having to worry about it (again, scum for non-claim reasons). But I'll take that as a question to ask next time this happens.

No. I didn't CC because I didn't know if I was the only cop, period. It's entirely possible that SB's a sane cop like me, or I'm the sane one and he has some kind of insane modifier to his. Or he's just not a cop at all.

Again, I don't know if I'm the only cop or not.

I know that any tampering with my results comes from outside my role, be it from millers, godfathers, etc. If we weren't pressed for time I'd ask for clarification on how much I can say but I believe I can say that much.

Claim and run? Really?

If I was "claiming and running" why would I make a big deal about lynches being dismantled due to claims? Unless you believe that hypo-VM-scum believes his team is well off enough that he can die, why would I still insist on being the lynch at the end of the day?

Furthermore, even though the topic has been bandied around often enough, this game is explicitly not necessarily balanced. Multi-cop is still a likely scenario. If I had any assurance that this wasn't the case I would've CC'd SB in a heartbeat.

Regardless, your reasons are not answers to my questions. I asked what scum motivation you found; you explained your case by pointing out that his posts were not well-reasoned. Incompetence is not the same thing as scumminess.

I am having major problems reconciling the idea that scum-Dino is manipulative enough to lead the charge against someone via a case, no matter how bad, but not self-aware enough to have sensible posting.

Possible =/= likely. I would be more than willing to bet my Head and my other Head that if you flip cop, SB will flip scum. The point is that I am 60-40 against believing your claim and 100-0 against believing SB's. The fact that multiple cops may exist is irrelevant if I happen not to believe the claims in the first place. And my other Head is pretty sure you are scum. I would rather have SB's head in the noose. Especially given that we replaced a claimed cop with a claimed cop.
