I believe AP and Cabd were in my game in F2F when there was a lightning rod at the Titus meet, and that's what it did there.

This is not how it worked there either. That only occurs if there's a protective role and scum has no strongman shot. Why you'd assume neither was the case makes no sense form a "I am town and know no other roles" POV. Not to mention lightning-rodding a town read in the first place. If you are town, I'm afraid you've made an error so grave that, due to the sheer WIFOM of it, there's no way you can be allowed to live past today. Period.

If i made a doctor horrible role, I would definitely give him alignment shifting properties. Think of the scene where Penny tells Billy about how captain hammer is cheesy at first, but then he's sweet, and that some people are layered like that. And then Billy mentions that there's sometimes a third, even deeper layer.

Also, at the end, after Penny dies, Billy and Dr. horrible switch around. The one doing the blogging - the submissive personality - is now Billy, and the Main persona is now Dr. horrible, who has joined the evil league of evil because he killed penny.
So I thought that a possible role could be:
You are Doctor Horrible, the Lover-triggered traitor inventor.
You will win with the town, if penny is alive, or is still alive when you die. However, if penny dies while you are alive, you will become a mafia inventor, and win with the Mafia.
You have the following five inventions:
Lightning rod
Deflector
Shield
Freeze ray
Death ray

I wanted to ask him to clear this up, though I didn't give a huge amount of thought to what he would say .
I mean, if he says there is nothing that changes his alignment, he is either lying, telling the truth, or said alignment change is hidden from him until triggered.
If he does say there's something that changes his alignment, he's either telling the truth, or lying.

I'm pretty sure I redirected the kill from me to AK. I didn't think that was going to happen at the time. I was town reading AK, and I thought maybe it would make AK like the Lightning Rod role for the night.

Why the hell would that be more useful than protecting?

If I gave out a shield, I would have been the one to die. I said already, I can't give them to myself, so I would have been shot and died. Lightning rod was the only seemingly chance I saw to keep myself alive during the night. Again, I've only seen lightning rod once before, and it was in F2F, and in that game, the person who had the lightning rod ability didn't die. I guess it was because of some other outside force. I don't know.

So those who are scum reading Boon, where did his claim come from:
A) He made it up
B) He thought of inventor, his scum buddies made up the details
C) Mod provided
D) It's his real role, but he's scum

I really doubt A. B doesn't happen as often as people think and I don't know who on this playerlist would do that rather than just bussing him at that point. C, I don't think I see the Mod going through all of that trouble for a fakeclaim. D, people seem to have issues with the claim that makes it seem unlikely that they'd believe this.

I'm kind of leaning town on him.
