I'm genuinely baffled that you would think this kind of accusation would fly in any situation, ever. It's just so completely wrong in regards to how Mafia itself is and has been played that I can't tell if you seriously thought this could be considered a valid point, or if you're scum and don't care since you somehow got into people's townbooks.

Do you think Regfan is scum?

I have to go soon. I'll be back for a significant contribution in this game probably same time tomorrow.

I was planning on engaging you on your read there, but then looked at the clock. Sorry!

As town, you'd be trying out new strategies of finding scum. As scum, you'd be trying out new strategies for getting townread.

Dawn sat away from everyone. They were still arguing. They were still fearful. They had found the lightning rod only moments after discovering the young girl's body. Who was she? Why did she picked up the metal branch? Why had she gone out into the middle of the storm?

Dawn closed her eyes and wished to go home.

Heres why I've been so inactive:
I've been down. Like, super down. I got my VCE results (my results for my final year of school, where said results will tell me if I can go do the university course I want.) a few days ago, and they weren't good. I didn't get a high enough english score, and now I'm down, because I don't know what to do. I'm down, and I'm lacking motivation in all my games.
I can see that a (very worrying) flash wagon is on me, and I'm just not in a good enough mindset to defend myself.
I dont know that there's anything I can say to help my case, and I know I'll feel crap if I get lynched even though I catch up and put hours into this game. I also know that I'm really struggling with my reads, which isn't helping my cause. And finally, I know that I shouldn't ask for a replacement, as that's the last thing this game needs. I'm sorry, I truely am. If you want to lynch me, okay, I can't stop you.But above everything, I apologise for my recent inactivity.
When I flip town, though, take a close look at the flash wagon on me.

I feel like a wimp for wanting to unvote that.

UNVOTE:

As for the boonskiies stuff I don't think he was getting lynched anytime soon if ever, but still, yeah.

Come yell at me, Cabd.

Because sympathy is a dangerous thing in mafia. Especially sympathy for a player I have no baseline on.

Ah, I see. Still, if it's worth anything, my day one play and my early day two play is a pretty big contrast to my current play.

Your play is a very curious mix of surface and depth. I think that's one of the things that sounds an alarm for me.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. What kind of surface and depth?

Some of your observations about the game/players comes off as the type of shallow I associate with players new to mafia. And some, like the one I responded to, are not.

Would have probably resonated more if it had been about another player rather than yourself.

That's been one of the problems with your play for me. self-absorption.

your post 1593.

And "it" is your statement that the contrast in your play is mindset driven.

And what I meant was that if you had been trying to discern a mindset change (and whether it was alignment indicative) in another player that would have impressed me more than stating that your play has changed because of your mindset.

Oh, okay. Well, I haven't really noticed a mindset change in anyone but myself.
