Ok. Do you think F16's sentiment makes sense? Cause I don't. Not saying the above is the case or even probably the case, but it occurred to me so I mentioned it.

I think scum!F16 would have been more careful in checking whether the AA9/GI interaction properly supports his point. Independent of his effect on AA9, I had GreyICE's slot as town for seeming angry, but genuine (see e.g. 388).

And it's irrelevant whether you think Egg is scum. There are some roles that might still fit into the current setup, but getting him to claim is policy.

@Serra: Fair enough I guess, but I hate to assume. I mean I once faked a cop innocent on F16 when he was a claimed miller, I just forgot. Slips happen. You think post 388 read angry? I thought 388 was rather emotionless except for a pinch of exasperation. The post just provided some objectively pro-town recommendations, meh (I don't see that as telling really either way).

I've put some time into wondering why Regfan died since his read on us was god-awful. I concluded that him claiming a strong role and him being 80% responsible for lynching coasting Mikuru is reason enough on its own to off him, regardless of how good or bad his reads are.

Re Egg: I guess. I'm not married to the idea of massclaiming although I understand why you/Nacho want to. At this point, I don't really care either way if we go through with it, but I am townreading him for being obstinate about his claim which I think scum is unlikely to do here, especially after softclaiming on the day before.

I don't like dealing in absolutes, I like probabilities. The thing with the F16 post though, is..that its just false? I read AA9's ISO and I read some of the posts surrounding her replace out and I don't get why anyone would conclude that GI bullied her into replacing out. So regardless of how you slice it, I think F16 didn't really pay close attention.

Arguing that hes more likely to get his facts straight as scum, I can buy. I really don't get the flipside either though. What made town!F16 assert something that I don't think anyone can reasonably believe? Unless hes just phoning it in and barely reading and misinterpreted a lot of things, but ehhhh? Why make that post with so much force if that is what you are doing.

This game would really benefit from being able to write off boon as conftown VI, so I really want the massclaim to finish.

GreyICE'S rage and AA9's replace-out happened around the same time, so I could see F16 with a fair but incomplete memory of that phase make the connection. The question is, which alignment would be more likely to go back and check.

Ffery mentioned in skype when I brought up regfan's death that it could also be to frame us. -shrug-. Sure, I probably would have killed Regfan last night if I were scum. He was a very legitimate target regardless of who is scum though, so speculating on that is moot.

I see your point about F16, I could also see scum avoiding posting something like that at all sense it might come across as overly defensive. I still just don't like it because I don't understand how he got to that conclusion at all. I'd expect him to be more knowledgable about his own slot than others, and I'd expect him to bother rereading at all or AT LEAST adding a disclaimer that he isn't sure about how accurate his assertion is if he didn't.

I guess we just have to agree to disagree about possible implications behind F16 posting something that doesn't look factual.
