My flavor name is more flavorful than something like "Food Tracker," which informs my not thinking it is very likely to be the flavor name.

Since this apparently never occurred to you, I'm going to infer that your flavor obviates this as a concern.

My role/flavor has no ambiguity, and ties in well with what Shadow Dancer has been writing.

There's no 'Tracker of Food' potential with my role. Is that what you were looking for?

The sample PMs don't have any mention of "Food" in the names, only the two flipped VTs. Food Tracker doesn't seem congruent.

The sample PMs should be taken with salt - the notion of 'Strawberry Food' is misleading and can cause misconceptions. I, for one, was confused and thought Food meant food as in foodstuff, not Food with a capital letter denoting us humans.

Food Tracker is the problem since we are not sure if Food modifies the role itself or modifies who it Tracks. We would have that problem with say, Food Cop - do they investigate Food or are they a Food-aligned Cop.

I think we might be looking into it too much.

My flavor name does not allude to a "classic" role ala "Tracker" "Doctor" or "Cop." For example, I am not a "Food Tracker" or a "Food Doctor" or a "Food Cop" or something similar to that structurally. Despite this, my role's function is equivalent to a "classic" role.

Therefore, I was surprised to see "Food Tracker" be the claim, as its structure is Food + [classic role name].

We might be looking at a mod provided fakeclaim, but it didn't look that way with the Tracker of Food claim, more likely something made up on the spot or even the actual werewolf role PM.

I know what my role is and have kept it in mind. I expected a tracker role name to look more like the cat or the mod one.

We may be overthinking this. There is no 'Vanilla Townie' sample role PM to work with. It would make sense that scum would have to default to that, but even non-VT town would have to refer to the OP for the VT PM.

ABR, don't get too carried away with them. The third one is the closest one that plays to the true meaning/spirit of the game (Food are humans that are being eaten, thus Strawberry Food makes little sense).

Food is town from what I understand.
The issue I note with the claim is tracker. Not food part.
I also don't know why Mollie tracked pine.

The reason I took issue with the food part is because I asked mollie to flavor claim under duress and she answered that her flavor was "food", which is just the name of the towngroup this game and not something I'd expect from someone who loves flavor as much as Shadow does.
