Substitute in "Carefree," "Giddy" or "Lighthearted." It's a placeholder (in my opinion) for an anti-Morbid faction.

I refuse to believe that there's any way a Copper of any alignment would use the actual name of a scum or third party group in arguing with me. I don't see a world in which that ever happens.

MY comment about "having some splaining to do" was an "I Love Lucy" reference and was, in fact, a joke.

Ok, so, I can make one of these posts. So here goes.
First of all, I'd like to apologize for not being as active as I should be. My excuses are that I was supposed to have a hydra partner and that the post restriction is annoying and that I really like SimCity2000.
I asked fferylt, and I'm going to permanently lose my vote for violating my post restriction so egregiously, but I'm frankly kinda sick of it. It was fun at first but got frustrating quickly. I'll only be able to make one post like this; ffery said that a second intentional violation of my restriction would be a modkillable offense. So I'll try to make this post as long as possible.
Most importantly, a role claim: I am Madeline Usher, and my "alive" ability is a one-shot rolecop, essentially. I get to see the living and dead abilities a player possesses. Last night I inspected kthxbye and found that he was a one-shot strongman (and that he was telling the truth about his Death ability). I'm not going to claim my Death ability, both because it's better left unclaimed and because it doesn't have any effect until lylo anyway.
I picked kthxbye to investigate last night because:
a) I was suspicious of him for his play.
b) I was suspicious of him for the timing of his claim. He claimed for no real reason yesterday, and I thought that if he was town he would have played his cards closer to his chest with that role.
c) I was suspicious of the claim itself. The way our role PMs are formatted, is we have a While Alive Ability, and then under that is a separate While Dead ability. The role that kthxbye claimed makes no sense in that format, since it'd be redundant. In addition, he claimed a While Dead ability that benefits scum, whereas every town role we've seen so far has benefited town.

As for my other reads... I'd like to explain first of all why I was suspicious of Lynx yesterday, for the people who were asking. At the time, Lynx hadn't claimed his ability and was simply coasting on the towncred he had earned with his jester skit. I grew suspicious of him after rereading some of his earlier posts because of the way that he went about trying to get lynched; instead of coming out right away and claiming that he had an amazing on-lynch ability, he deliberately acted scummy. This deceit, combined with the aforementioned coasting, earned a nullscum read from me.

Now, other players... I'll separate them into on-wagon and off-wagon for ezreed action. I'm not gonna give much credence to the idea that there is more than one scum on the wagon, the much more likely situation is that fferylt realized after Lynx was lynched that his role was OP and changed it to "At least one!!" as a last-minute thing. If this is true, the game is won because we will know that the scum is Kthxbye and two of Medea/TierShift/CoA. In case I'm wrong, and since I'm not gonna get another chance to use my voice, I'll give my reads for the contingency of two scum on-wagon and one scum off-wagon, ordered from most to least scummy in each category.

On-Wagon

---Obviously.

---I dislike the way he handled the "At least one!!" situation, it seemed like he was trying to push what he was saying as obvious and trying to direct the town that way. Since the only way he's scum is if there were two scum on the wagon, my guess is that he saw what CoA was getting at and tried to beat him to it to get the towncred for himself? tbh I've got a whole lot of confbias going on here so I'm having trouble seeing anyone but kthx on the wagon as scum but if that does end up being the case then copper's the one I'd be looking at.
3) Catastrophe
---To the person who asked if I can read T S O better than I can read toolenduso... I've only ever been in one game with toolenduso and I was cult so. I get weird vibes from him (read: not the same obvtown vibes that I usually get from T(own) S O), but I'm assuming it's because of the hydra thing because I can't really see anything wrong with his posts.
4) Ghatokaca
---I'm in the camp that thinks that he probably would not have offered his neighborizing services to Lynx if he was scum. I also think that his attitude toward the argument over who gets to be on the LynxLynch was town, as in, "I expect Lynx to choose the wagon but trying to squelch other input is bad," is a townish attitude.
5) Bookitty
---Should be obvtown at this point, the way she handled the Lynx lynch yesterday and the way she has handled the wording of the sensoring stuff today totally looks like someone trying to figure things out and screams TOWNTOWNTOWN.

Off-Wagon

1) Medea the Alien
---Medea subtly berates kthx for his claim in post 514. Otherwise there's not much to see. More process of elimination than anything else.
2) TierShift
---He says he can prove his towniness with his role. If it wasn't for that he'd take my #1 spot. I don't really like how he tried to say that certain people couldn't be on the Lynx wagon due to their wanting to be on the Lynx wagon; it read like scum trying to direct the wagon. I also feel like the way he just said "yesterday's lynch was wasted..." without really trying to figure it out is not what I'm used to seeing from townTier. I'd like him to claim before lylo.
3) CaskOfAmontillado
---Generally I dislike sthar8's attitude so it's been kinda difficult for me to get a read on him. I like TTH's posting, and I like the way they handled FTL's claim on them. I can only really see them being scum if Tier does become confirmed town by their role, by process of elimination.
4) Faster Than Light
---Really doubt these last two guys are scum, their claims looked super genuine and they otherwise confirm each other.
5) BRantz
---See above, and also, he's a protective role when we know that there's a strongman in the setup so he's pretty much 100% at this point.
