You're either misrepresenting me or misunderstanding me, and I lean toward the latter, which was why I wanted to know why you think I'm doubting town nacho. You asking that question feels like a botched snap.

I wanted him to explain how f-16's play made him "hilariously town" - which I'm equating with unequivocally, undoubtedly town. After he explained his reasoning - how f-16 approaches nacho as town - and that f-16 followed that script here, I can see his point.

From f-16's interactions with me, I felt like he was doing kinda the opposite - intentionally doing stuff he knows I associate with his scum game (a particular sort of condescension early on when we interact).

Hence my comment to Nacho about seeing f-16's play from different vantage points. I bet the snacks are a lot better in the skybox.

Falcon seems pretty conflicted about whether he wants Nacho dead or wants to sheep him. While sheep can be pretty tasty as part of a balanced diet, I think it's an odd choice at this point for Falcon.

I don't particularly see why everybody thinks this is as pure as if it had been cleansed by stomach acid. A lot of pointing out the things f16 is doing and leaping from observation to conclusion that he is scum. If people think this is too 'strong' to be a bus then I REALLY don't see that.

I really wasn't overly fond of her other points on Falcon either. I kind of see where its coming from, but I still am inclined to think it comes from someone who has already decided F16 is scum.

Overall, not seeing why people think Boo is town unless its purely based on the effort shes putting in, which I wont agree with.

We need to have some ground rules for reporting someone's post. I mean we can't report every post we see or else the whole game would be modkilled. The one modkill already was just lucky. TSO would have royally fucked us over if f-16 had flipped town.

I don't think it is town motivated to just report posts without first discussing it with the thread. That will leave us open to having the mafia just reporting the post in question but then we already stand the chance of scum seeing it anyway.

A way around that would just be asking if anyone would object to having [insert name] modkilled because you think you found a restriction break.

Yeah, but lets say someone does make a mistake. We need rules to dictate how we go about modkilling people. It is essentially a vig kill that all of town can basically voice their opinion on.

Scum aren't just going to modkill people either because the people who slip might be the most useful to their plans.

I think this is a terrible idea. Talking about people breaking post restrictions in thread will accomplish the same thing that just pming the mods about them will. It will cause the mods to notice the break and the person will be modkilled anyway. This doesn't help the town at all. While I agree we were fortunate that T S O was right, I think that the only reason someone would take the action of reporting to the mods is because they think a slot is scummy anyway. I could just report every post I see of a player I think is scummy, that doesn't make them scum and I could very well just start offing all of the town because I think town is scummy. This is why I think it should be a group decision or atleast a couple people need to agree to it. If the modkill flips town then we can look at who all agreed to the reporting of the post.

Also, I didn't straight out say I wanted to report TSO's post so the mod asked me if I did. I pointed it out but the mod didn't just automatically say ok, point to TSO.

Bringing visibility to post restriction breaks when they happen is generally bad because it allows scum the option to push through modkills on slips they didn't notice. If you really want everyone to know you found a slip you can hang onto it until post game for bragging right purposes or whatever, but pointing it out for scum to report if they don't share an alignment is a worse idea than allowing Baron Happlebap to have children.

Your thought process makes more sense in that post than it did to me in the initial one. Also, that is good information to know, that the mods double check to make sure you are trying to report something.
