Votes for TierShift for tunnelling are ridiculous. Scum actually have incentive not to tunnel, here, as the restrictions make it harder to push through the bullshit and forge a coherent wagon. I also think NS's consideration of the daycop is at best naive, though I'm not convinced that he's not just being bad. I hear he's the kind of guy who'd set his eye on fire by overvigourously lifting a lit candle.

I do think we should get more votes on ika. Bad entry onto a wagon and here-but-doing-nothing in general, the exact sort of play I'd expect from many scum players in this situation.

I actually like his firming up and revisiting his vote, it shows it wasn't just randomly dropped. And I can actually agree on the sentiment, however I expected more of an active lurking using the PR to avoid doing anything.
